Its not too important it can boost up ur xp or coins for like 8% if 90ovr and boost ovr but not too important, but players who can boost other players are great on the bench

Your bench is very important in this game you cane grow and become higher if you have a crappy bench

Your bench is just helps to improve your ovr through the players ovr and the boosts some of them give and that’s pretty much it tbh
