I found my baby shiny Altaria from back in 2018 after fearing it was lost when I lost my Pokémon go account. But I found it on my old Pokémon sword save, I was absolutely ecstatic! Seeing that my baby can do this well in modern day has released so many endorphins, I just spent the last hour or so powering her up and getting her ready. Thank you, so so much. You’ve made my day ❤

Altaria is for sure an underrated threat Slap a weakness policy on it and youll for sure get sweeps

This rules. Reminds me of mega banette I used for a short time, the event dream world banette from I think gen 5 that had Cotton guard as its special move. I bet you could do some nasty sweeps with Espeon using psych up and stored power, assuming it doesnt get walled out by dark types lol. Keep up the cool videos!

Think I’m gonna try this but just use tailwind Iron Juglius to get Altaria to be fast enough to go first instead of prankster w/ skill swap

Love this! Also why Pluck as its attacking move when theres Brave Bird or even Fly? :D

Thank you!! I could of used fly and because of STAB it would of been at a base power of 135 but because fly takes 2 turns to use I found pluck/aerial ace to be better as with STAB their base power is at 90 and 2 plucks/aerials aces out-damages fly (180 damage compared to fly's 135 damage!) Also I could of used dragon claw but fairy's are immune to dragon and as I only had 1 move choice I wanted it to be something that could hit everyone incase it had to 1v2 anyone I could of went for Tera Blast Steel but soooo many pokemon resist steel i.e. fire, water, electric and in matches where I tera someone else I would be left with tera blast just being a regular normal type move and if I thought a ghost type I would have the same issue as using dragon claw where I wouldn't be able to do damage I used pluck over aerial ace incase anyone ran sitrus berry because pluck actually eats the berry haha, sorry for the long explanation!

Good luck!! Alteria with brave bird would be so powerful so its definitely a good choice!

I guess if the opponent uses salazzle with Toxic then the altaria wouldn't have survive
