Couldn't agree more!

I purchased a new FC Monolithic in blue last year. Classy looks with Breguet hands and amazing sweeping seconds hand . Purchased from a AD for $3870+ tax.

Very nice looking watch, I just picked up the Tissot PRX chrono 42mm with the valjoux 7753,very comfortable.

I don't own this watch, but I own two other FC watches. They are high quality and beautifully made. I would recommend buying used or a model year or two behind to get a better price than new.

Really love FC! Definitely keen to add one to the collection. Just a question of what mode and when.

I want to like this brand enough to buy one, but there’s always something that holds me back: design that skews dressier, sizes that are a touch larger than I prefer, and amazing alternatives within or below their price range.

I wanted this blue panda dial one but couldn't afford so I ended up with a tissot chrono. very happy with my purschase.

I love the Dial on this. In the past I almost pulled the trigger on a Alpina Startimer (Quartz) chronograph also a FC/Citizen owned Brand, but the larger 44mm swayed me against purchasing. Still a Great looking Chrono

They look better in the flesh than on screen, saw one in a store window recently and much better looking that it appeared on screen.

I’ve just bought a green dial highlife date a three o clock in the 39 mm. It’s amazing value, they could easily sell for over $10k in my opinion and people would still buy because they are more expensive

I’m thinking about buying this same watch. Do you still like it?

I own an FC. Lent it to my father and it stopped working. Took it to a watch repair guy I go to. He said nobody will work on FC except ADs as they won't sell parts etc. Took it to an AD who wanted more than the retail price to fix it (and it was an ETA based movt). That's the one time I bought an FC.

A quick Google search gives you a plethora of choices to get your FC serviced.

Love the strap options.

I own 4 FC's and love them, thanks to Mimo's in Long Beach, California.

Tissot just released a PRX with similar colorway as this...

Great to hear!

When I first came across them I thought it maybe was a cheap garbage brand meant to look nice, but then discovered they are in fact pretty good at reasonable prices.

The Longines Big Eye is nice, but I think the new Tissot PRX Chrono blue panda announced in the last week or so is the elephant in the room here. The FC looks nice though.

I am a Tissot fan, but mostly for their rubber sportwatches as I use them to play tennis but I had almost bought the TRC chronograph but VC's is much more impressive and better quality at that price point. Those Tissot movements are like 12 in a dozen and not so refined as VC.. It also has sharp edges and it feels cheaper..

With a name so similar to Vacheron Constantin, it gives the cheap copycat vibe, no matter what they do. Also being bought by Citizens didn't help either 😢.

The best thing that could have happened to them is to be bought by citizen.

Oh that is interesting that there are no other videos on it out.

People prefer watches with heritage at this price like omega, Rolex and Tudor, Cartier or brietling

At this crice? Comparable watches from these brands cost 5-10x as much. Would you rather have a perpetual calendar FC or a base model Rolex Explorer? I think I know which one I would take. A JLC perpetual is over $30k

Don’t make it too big 😂 they are a simple watch brand.

FC sells gold plated watches.That puts me off them as a watchhouse.

The issue is their design trying to copy Patek in most models

A Dutch couple (Peter and Aletta) started the brand in 1988. Citizen bought the brand in 2016.

I start to believe that a precision quality Chinese Rolex copy for about $800 makes more sense than anything now.

If its blue it's not panda. Panda is term for black and white chronograph dials

I have gone off Swiss watches as they don't seem value for money especially when you discover that the ETA movement is actually manufactured in Thailand. I look at Seiko and Grande Seiko nowadays.

The reason these do not sell well is the same reason Raymond Weil watches do not sell well. History. Or rather the lack of one. Most swiss brands go back a century or more. Even Tudor is 98 years old. Many people prefer established brands with long track records. The new micro brands are less expensive and do not move the same volume as brands like Tissot, Longines, or even Hamilton.

Nobody wants !!😂😂 shame . My collection consists of rolexes and pateks but i have highlife for daily summer wear. Hide your imaginations inside of you ! Highlife is great watch
