cheers mate. been looking for a good surfing game for years that partly feel the part with no arcade BS moves. i been smashing kelly slater pro surfer but dam it's so unrealistic. n virtual surfing is too arcadey for me. im gonna try world surf on steam and that new surfing game i forget what it's called but its some pro surfer game thats brand new this year 2022

I like Championship Surfer, it's is the best for me until now. But I've got curiousity to test this one. Thanks for sharing

Barton lynch pro surfing is actually really good

virtual surfing and this game need to get together and actually finish both their games into one. The physics and camera angles are better on this game.

I do hope it has more development! 40$ is a lot for early access :/ I know there is a market for another tw or Kelly style game though. Personally I’m really hoping for a surfing sim game more like a skate or shredders style! I will def play Barton Lynch’s entry to the surf world though!

is the wipeouts and airs and moves more realistic that other surfing games cuz I want Barton lynch pro surfing but I don't wanna pay $60 AUD for an arcade surfing game

@@al-dorifto1631 I haven't played it, but yeah 60 is a big ask. I think its an arcade style but maybe its time to take the plunge to find out haha

I believe it was north of 12 but I can’t quite remember 😅 it really depends the direction tho because if it’s the perfect swell direction the size changes drastically so who knows if it was real 12 🙂

World surfing tour on android kind of looks similar to this...the only difference in the game is that there's airs and not to many different camera angles, but it's pretty close to what your showing. For me tho, I think the best surfing games i've played was kelly slater surfing without doing those outrageous airs & sunny Garcia surfing both for ps2. I think sunny Garcia was the closest to emulating real surfing, from the waves and the maneuvers that your surfer could do.... You gottah try foreal if you got a ps2

Maybe time to grab a ps2 before they become to vintage and overpriced haha. Yes I actually really like world surf tour it's on ios as well and is my favorite underrated surf game. The barrel riding/airs/turns feels so good in that game it just feels like it is wearing its age and obviously it has bugs and needs a bit of love from the devs lol

I hate to say that with how radio silent they have been it is very likely this game is not under any timeline for development at this point.

I recommend to check out True Surf by True Axis on mobile

I want to play this game so bad! but once I download it it doesn't open :(

I surf and no this is not does grasp the feeling of surfing - check out SKATE by EA - that is a gae that simulates skating

Love skate, a great game that simulates the analog input of your hands to the sensation/feeling of skating. I concur that nothing grasps the true feeling of surfing, skating, racing, snowboarding, ect, but as far as competition between other games in my books gets the closest. They're different by nature being video games and real life, but people will always seek both experiences!
