This mango sorbet is sooooo delicious, creamy and silky smooth. It is super simple to make with only 6 main ingredients, and comes together easily. You will atleast need a blender and ice trays to make this magic happen, but a ninja creami takes it to another level! 🥭🤗
Ingredients | 6-8 servings
- 2 ripe mangoes
- 1 ripe banana
- 1 can of coconut milk
- 1 lemon juiced
- 1/2 cup vegan yogurt unsweetened
- 1/2 maple syrup or agave
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 pinch of salt
Directions:
1. Peel and dice your mangoes, add to blender.
2. Add the lemon juice and remaining ingredients.
3. Blend until silky smooth, if using ninja creami, pour into 3 pints to the max fill line, set in freezer for 24 hours.
4. If using the ice cube tray method, pour mixture into ice cube trays and place in freezer for atleast 12 hours.
5. The next day, blend your ninja creami pint on the sorbet setting and enjoy!
6. If using the ice cube tray method, let the trays thaw for 10-15 mins then add to your food processor or blender and blend until silky smooth, enjoy!
