The Best Steph Curry Game You DON'T Remember...
Спорт
Today we're going to be taking a look back at a late season matchup between the Golden State Warriors and the Los Angeles Lakers in the 2012-13 nba season, which can possibly be considered Steph Curry’s best game that you don’t remember. Coming into this game, the warriors were on their way to their first playoff appearance since 2007, and the Lakers, led by Kobe Bryant, were still looking for a playoff spot after a tough season. And Steph Curry would end up having one of the best games of his young career, and he would show people a glimpse of what was to come, but due to other events in the game, his performance would end up being overshadowed. Which makes this possibly his best game that you probably don't remember. If you guys enjoyed this video, be sure to hit the like button and slap the sub button with your nose (also the bell).

Crazy how nobody was celebrating 😂 just in shock.. Really does feel like the warning shot! Great vid 💪🏾
I will never forget this game. I was 10 years old and was and still is a lifetime Kobe Bryant and Steph Curry fan. This game was so inspiring and sad at the same time. This was the 2nd time I watched Steph Curry play live. The first time was the 54 in Madison Square Garden ironically. I remember Stew and Bill losing their mind over Steve Blake and Jodie guarding Steph and I was laughing the whole time. Kobe even had 34 and hit 2 straight threes before injuring his Achilles and then obviously make both free-throws. My main takeaway was the Laker got 50 free-throws (🙄😒😑), and Stu's last words " ARE YOU KIDDING ME. THAT YOUNG MAN(STEPH) IS DANGEROUS! After Steph almost made a 75 foot game winner

There’s another channel that says Steph is overrated. This man played and held his own against Kobe, Dwight, Gasol and others. Definitely not overrated in my book. I was in the gym yesterday and there’s even big men practicing 30ft threes. He changed the game.

Honestly Steph is very underrated as there is overwhelming evidence that he is the one of the 3 GOATs with Kobe and Jordan The fact that the two most overrated players in history aka Glorified 3 and D Guy and The Nut Cracker were his best running mates for most of his career should speak volumes

Warriors signing only players who fit their culture and can be used in Steve Kerr's system is a brilliant move, BUT it does mean they have to be VERY selective. One disruptor can ruin it all... VERY curious to see Steph next season, cant wait!! 🙏🙏👍👏

What is his 15 worst games stat-wise in his last 4 seasons against NBA superstars
If 🐐 Steph stays healthy for about 60 games and into play-offs, Warriors will again have a real good shot at the chip! The combination of CP 3, TJD (and one more big) is exactly what is needed for Warriors, mainly for the non-Steph minutes. If they manage to win those or at least not lose them too heavily, they're in really good shape!! 🙏🙏👍👏
I think his best game is Game 7 vs Kings. I never saw him that motivated and confident.

Not too many people could go back and forth with Kobe in scoring and Steph is one of those men that could say I went back and forth with greatness
Kobe and Curry two of the goats, battle it out. Legendary game.
As a dubs fan, I remember watching this game. It made me respect Kobe A lot more after hitting those free throws. From start to finish this was a phenomenal game... R.I.P Mamba 🕊️💜 💛

yeah, i'm a warriors fans, but seeing kobe go out like that made my stomach turn.. you hate to see it with anyone, but you hate it more when it's someone like Kobe.. i completely forgot that he went down twice in this game prior to the achilles tear until watching this video. before finishing this video i only remembered 3 things about this game. 1. steph was going off. 2. kobe was leading a win and had a push off on klay with a made jumper, which had me heated 😂 3. seeing kobe tear his achilles... RIP 8🐐24
2015-16 ,Curry is insane shooting + Handles. Damn.
My 2nd time watching Steph before his prime, the 1st being the 54 pt game vs the Knicks on the same year. Will never forget that.
As real basketball fans we tryna forget that game dawg😭😭 dats the game Kobe's prime ended🤧🤧
another thing that’s not talked about in this game is the FT discrepancy. this was one of the games that I thought the league really wanted the lakers to make the playoffs. it was 16 to 50. kobe had 16 by himself.
Great video, a series of these forgotten games from superstars whether they win or lose sounds interesting

Thanks for this.. As a long time Warriors fan I can’t believe I didn’t remember that the infamous Kobe Bryant injury story THAT I DID A PROJECT my Senior year of Highschool on BTW was against Curry :/ I’ll be honest I was more of a 2k player than a avid watcher at this point but that was cool nonetheless
The Greatest Of All Time.
Me and my roommates in college bet on this game. Carl Landry miss cost me a full semesters meal card 😭
Thanks.
Kobe a Legend. Period!
Yup I remember that game this game was the game to show you he waa on his way up ! Look at Curry man
Ah the game he went at kobe. This game & knicks were evidence of how deadly and heartbreaking his shooting could be
Nobody talks about curry at wizards 2016 he was torching fire that game.
i wanna reach in the screen and force kobe to stop playing when he got that first knee injury
Honestly I just want 1 more championship for the golden state with steph, klay and draymond in the helm. The only window I see them winning is in the next 2 seasons.
Curry is the greatest shooter of all time( deadly as scorer too) and Kobe’s mamba mentality was out of this world
As Steph's uncle myself, i can confirm his performance in that match against Knick was stunning and exceptional whether they lost undauntedly.
Damn I remember this game but I forgot this last time we seen Kobe be great . Good game but very said at the same time. Btw fan wanting for one of them to “pull it out” made me actually pause the vid😂😂😅

Even the reaction from the Lakers players and bench was like "Yup, that's going in because it's THAT GUY", and the relief they felt after it back rimmed was palpable. Some of their reactions are similar to if it HAD gone in, because they realize how close it was. 😅 Steph man, one of a kind. 🎉❤

Bro curry one of the best to ever play hands down! He doesnt get the respect he deserves! When it comes down to pound for pound curry is way better then lebron! Curry doesnt have lebrons body is the only thing keeping him from taking that title
I think most people remember that game. Just not for Steph, but instead for the resiliency Kobe showed by shooting and making the two free throws WHILE INJURED!
Warriors: Best Starting Linup in the NBA Stephen Curry (30PPG) Klay Thompson ( 22 PPG) Draymond green (8.5PPG, 7 AST, 8 REB) Andrew Wiggings (18 PPG, 7 REB) Kevon Looney ( 10 REB, 9 PTS) BENCH: Chris Paul @ 18-20 Mins ( 10 PPG) TJD (Generational talent) 21PPG 10 REB College stats Jonathan Kuminga (alot of Potential) (10 PPG @ 18 Mins of Play) Moses Moody (uhhhhhhh......) I can in Kobe's eyes he still want to play after making those free throws when he got injured
my bay area friend was right for how a nice guy he is most great games steph had was him being mad at someone or something

This cant be the curry game , because its the KOBE game !
I know this is a Stephen Curry video. But how in the hell did Kobe Bryant hit two free throws after tearing his Achilles tendon?
Steph Curry was robbed of allstar that year. But the funny things is, I distinctly remember thinking Ty Lawson was the one that was most robbed by Tony Parker and Westbrook (who brely made the cut if i remember correctly). When GSW beat Denver in the 1st round i quickly realized it was Steph that was snubbed. Snubbed like crazy...

The heck? He has one of the best handles in NBA history. AI himself has said Steph and Kyrie both have better handles than him. His finishing is extremely underrated, he can finish with both hands and through contact. Not everything is through statistics. The Warriors without Steph but with KD had a 50% winrate. When the Warriors had Steph but no KD, they had a 80% winrate. Steph Curry IS the Warriors. Their entire game focuses around him. Draymond and everyone on that team plays FOR Steph because they know that he is the guy who will lead them the farthest.
