I Love squash casserole. I make it about once a month and eat left overs I can eat for days since my husband died it's only myself. Only thing different I do is add a beaten egg and half cup mayo and I use cream of celery instead of cream of chicken. The Ritz crackers takes it over the top. I enjoy your channel. You have amazing recipes

Granny made something similar to this except she crumbled bacon on top then the crushed crackers . So so good !!! With summer coming we all need ideas for squash and zucchini!!!! 😂 Those things produce like crazy !!!! I love it though . Always plant both . 😁 Thank you for sharing ! God bless !

I recently discovered Campbell’s Cream of onion!! Oh my!! I thought it was only available on the eastern half of the US bit was so delighted to find it in my Southern California grocery store. I am going to try it with this recipe. I don’t like the chicken pieces found in a can.
