the miraculous are made to confuse people from finding out the identity of a current miraculous holder. Its like seeing someone with brown hair and brown eyes and then sometime later you see a superhero with blonde hair and blue eyes. Your not gonna just assume that its the same person especially if they made an illusion before where you saw that same person while the superhero was in action.

@Mynameisirrelevant Ah yes i found it. Watch the NY Special. The robot was able to tell that Marinette is ladybug because she said the miraculous can only confuse humans. Thats my proof since you wanted one so badly.

I'm gonna pretend that marinette went to Shanghai to reconnect with her roots for real and all this happened while she was looking for an ingredient to bring to her uncle and none of the creepy stalker moments are actually there.

Well tbh Adrien’s measurements would probably be public for he’s a model and Marinette is technically a designer as well. Knowing where he was was more likely a friend thing as well as the tracking thing is probs an app like find my friends. Sure she probs didn’t use it in the best way but less creepy in that sense

@@piprose7652 but just moments like meeting her uncle to Shanghai was really important to her family they were so excited for her to meet him during her uncle’s birthday. And for her to just want to go over there mostly for seeing Adrian is just sad and makes me dislike Mari’s motives just for some crush and not really to be there for her family. They all seem like really nice people and I wish we would’ve gotten more action with just Mari and her uncle but I still think its was cute for Adrain to help him while Mari was gone.

I didn’t like how they had Marinette follow Adrien all the way to CHINA😭 I feel like the writers are glorifying Marinette’s obsession a little💀

Can we talk about how scary it is that the creator of the show thought it was okay for the special to start off by Marinette disrespecting her mother Asian heritage to stalk a boy half way across the globe? Then the special had the gall to reward her with a special dinner with her crush at the end. Imagine, if a guy did that? At this point, Tomas saying that Marinette is perfectly written makes me physical ill. She is a stalker who is tricking a guy into falling in love with her.

idc what anyone says about asians all having different features- if they were going to make marinette east asian they could've at least given her more common east asian features instead of making her almost look white. yes i know that theres east asians with light eyes but i find it stupid how you can BARELY tell that shes even from asia apart from when you see her mother. i find it wild that some random white boy knows mandarin while the girl who you would EXPECT to know mandarin literally wants him to teach her own language to her????

In defense of Hawk Moth, he can't just steal the miraculous like Fei did, because he can only attempt to get the miraculous when she's transformed, and therefore on guard, since he doesn't know her civilian identity. But you are right, learning to pickpocket will probably make his job a whole lot easier.

I would think that Gabriel would have an idea that Marinette is Ladybug look at all the clues he got: 1. Marinette was looking for her earrings who else has earrings? LADYBUG 2. The earrings were very precious to her. Who else has earrings that are very precious to them? LADYBUG 3. He also saw Ladybug helping Fei like she knew who she was for a while. 4. Ladybug was first to arrive on scene. Now we know where Adrien gets his blindness from.

There is a theory online speculating that Adrien is a senti-monster created by Emilie because the original Adrien died, and in Emilies grief she created senti-monster Adrien, the one we know today, which would be an amazing plot twist and explain a lot of things, like Gabriel's treatment of his son, Adrien being perfect at literally everything, and why Emilie supposedly died. Adrien is supposedly 13-15 years old so Hawkmoths statement would probably point to this, but we will just have to wait and see, this was just a theory, a FILM THEORY, thanks for reading

Queen Bee? Turned into a golden statue. This boy literally gets randomly pushed to the side everytime someone else is getting some attention...

@@alicey.8243 I'm pretty sure the only reason the other heroes get recruited is because Chat Noir gets compromised. Like, you said it yourself. For Rena rouge there were simply too many trolls to defeat so ladybug got backup, as she was away at Fu's getting the miraculous and chat noir fought hundreds of tiny trolls on his OWN. Obviously it wasn't going to be a walk in the park and he was gonna get pushed around or struggle in defeating hundreds of baby troublemaking trolls. For carapace he was compromised as he was stuck in a web, ladybug realised she couldn't get him off it and Anansi was about to take his miraculous so she got Nino and thus carapace came to help. Queen bee, Chloe was never meant to get that miraculous and there would not have been a need for the bee miraculous if Adrien wasn't turned into a statue by style queen I get that this is still the writers fault in portraying chat noir as helpless even though he most definitely isn't, although it can come across that way. But we have to also consider the logic behind this decision. It's hard to see it this way i know but the ladybug and chat duo may be about balance but at the end of the day we can see that even though they are partners, ladybug is far less expendable as she has the miraculous cure that would fix everything. So at the end of the day ladybug has a bit more value than chat noir which is why he sees no problem with sacrificing himself for her, other than doing it because he loves her.

I really wish they'd just let Marinette want to explore her Chinese heritage.

Lets thank the camera man who risks it life by filming the personal life of the characters and being shut about the identities of Ladybug, Chat Noir, Hawk Moth and everyone else.

I have a soft spot for girls in leather jackets in animation, which is probably why she was my favorite in the entirety of Miraculous Ladybug. The voice actress they casted for her in the English dub was also a major plus, in my opinion.

I just realized if shanghai was between s2 and s3, after Fei dropped the bad guy to the court to be judged by the law enforcement, he clearly didn't stay in jail too long since we see him in NY special which was set after s3. That means the bad Chinese dude is out of jail and up to no good.

@@VXMasterson that was a mistake they made. The creators of the series said that Shanghai happend before new york. You will notice that in Shanghai marinette is still in love with Adrien and stalks him all the way to Shanghai. But in season 3 finale we see marinette giving Luka a chance so in new york we see her giving Luka a kiss on the cheek and try to deny her love for Adrien.

Great comment! I think Fei got Marinette is Ladybug at the end of the scene when she conforts her as a civilian and says "Do what you have to do". Also, before the ending at Uncle Wang's, Ladydragon tells Cat Noir she brought Marinette to safety! So I think she knows and keeps the secret.

It pisses me off that the writers couldn’t have had Marinette genuinely want to go to Shanghai to visit her uncle. Instead she literally bases her whole existence off her crush and literally has his LOCATION on her PHONE and is trying to TRACK HIM DOWN IN SHANGHAI. MARI. WTF. What I absolutely loved about the Shanghai special was that it actually expanded on the Miraculous lore instead of the NY special’s Marvel ripoff superheroes who have no explanation for their powers whatsover. I just like that the Prodigious adds to the already known lore and stays within the limits of the world while still adding too it (I’m still really salty about all the stupid heroes in the New York Special okay they didn’t fit in this world at all). And Ladydragon is just freakin awesome, I love all the mystical elements in this special. It was so well done. Also Either the writers completely forgot this was supposed to take place between S2 and S3 or it actually DOES take place between 3 and 4 because Adrien’s bodyguard gets a doll of Jess with the Eagle Miraculous which happens in the NY Special after S3 so I don’t know what the hecks going on there.

I think the reason why they made the united heroes in new york look like rip off versions of marvel is bc they probably took inspiration from the avengers movie, i mean think abt it, the avengers had a battle in new york, same goes to the united heroes which they battle the same place as the avengers Also same here, i cant even tell if the shanghai special took place between season 2 and 3 or after the ny special since ladybug has the miracle box in the intro and there's action figures of sparrow and uncanny valley, im pretty sure it did took place between seasons 2 and 3 bc gabriel mentioned "15 years" which that's how old adrien was in season 3, a lot of ppl say that he and marinette are now 16 in season 4 so yeah

I literally laughed out loud when Gabriel got vaporized and Chat Noir asks if it was a good thing. Our poor boy just got orphaned without knowing it and he makes a joke about it 😂

Okay but I really hate the fact that the dragon renling and kwami have the same exact name and give the exact same powers besides the added power of physically turning into a dragon. It renders the dragon miraculous useless and honestly it’s so annoying how the writers always seem to be going out of their way to literally create plot holes

@@areebah2528 because dragons are cool, if your going with an Asian hero and your looking for Asian themes, either you can go with the Monkey king (we have a character themed after that) or head all the way with the noble dragon, it's not that strange to me, the pro thing isn't really dragon based, it's based on alot of sacred animals, tho I do feel like the dragon more or less renders the rest obsolete/: so there's that. I do definitely feel there powers are different enough in application to exist together

I'd honestly.love to see lady dragon again in another episode. And in case sny of you missed it, Fei actually smirked a bit when Adrien and Marinette told Uncle Wang that they're just friends... implying that Fei knows a lot more than she leds on... I mean, the girl survived on her own in a burned down school... you need a big brain to do that 😉

I was so annoyed that Marinette literally lied about finding out about her heritage and discovering her roots just so she can stalk her crush 🙄

2:55 This was the main reason I didn’t mind the special being between season 2 and 3, since in the NY special it felt like this was toned down and Mari had grown as a character, having her pull this stunt now, at least for me, at least makes it feel like she hasn’t digressed. It’s kind of a poor excuse honestly, since the whole stalker tendencies are still a big problem with her characterization, but it’s better than throwing her development from later seasons out the window

The special takes place in season 3 before the finale

I definitely got the sense that Faye knows Marinette is Ladybug. Ladybug is giving away her identity to everyone now, but poor Cat Noir has to suffer with his secret all alone.

Fun fact: Adrian's Chinese has improved a little bit in the Shanghai special, at least I can understand some without reading the subtitles. 😂😂😂

Marinette's friends do encourage the stalking behavior alot of times. Even when she wants to give up asking adrien on and move away from that. They just push her to the stalking stuff even more.

I feel like the first part of the special amplified Marinette’s stalker habits. SHE LITERALLY HAD A TRACKER ON ADRIAN. Once we got past that crap, I really liked it.

Marinette: * draws her self with her earrings just so people will understand what her things has been stolen * People: *Wow she's so good at drawing! Can you draw me pleaseeee?!*

Mei Shi isn't a kwami, he's just a spirit and guardian of Prodigious, he doesn't give any powers, at best he transforms into a giant lion, but no, he won't give Fei any new superpower, just a company.

Gabriel meant that him and Emilie were doing miraculous work for 15 years and i guess she used the peacock miraculous and fell into a coma a year before season 1 happened. Thats why Gabriel has both miraculouses. They found them on a trip to Tibet 15 years ago. So a while back, the dude stole the bracelet right as Fei's father died and then sold it to Hawkmoth. He said he was waiting because he HAS been waiting for 15 for greater power. Not in a literal sense yknow. I hope that clarifies it

I also want to say, i think Fei knows Mari IS ladybug. She's just hiding it. She is a guardian after all. It wouldn't matter if she knew. She saw tikki and thats probably why she stole the earrings and how she knew they were valuable to her. If you saw a ladybug plush looking thing and then a ladybug superhero... i think you'd know

Fei and Marinette being cousins who know about each other's hero personas would be an amazing dynamic for future specials!

For the ships and development, it's New York, but in terms of plot and additional characters, it's Shanghai. Fei is already my favorite Miraculous character even if she appeared for mainly 53 minutes while I couldn't care less for Jess and the others since the ship was the core of the New York Special. I honestly think it's a tie because Fei was the main character in the Shanghai Special bug Adrien and Marinette are both the main characters in the Special.

Hmm... I guess that Gabriel must have thought that smooth brain is the basketball and the throwing at will make her dumb later to give up her secret identity? Lol I mean it sorta work.

Heres my theory on why he said 15 years: I think what Gabriel meant by I have been waiting for this moment for 15 years had to do with finding the prodigious rather than entering the cave. Here's reasons why: As you have stated here Fei is seen with the bracelet at her current age when it's being stolen from her. I would wager a month or so ago her father was killed and their home left in ruins and they stole her bracelet and since that time she went to the pawn shop to buy her way of getting the bracelet back from that salesman or whatshisface.So the point is, Gabriel didn't buy or steal that bracelet from Fei 15 years ago. I'm pretty sure Fei didn't even know much about the prodigious to begin with seeing as she hadn't even heard of the Renglings so any theory with her having anti-ageing guardian magic also seems improbable. Here is what I think Gabriel meant by 15 years. As we know Gabriels wife Emilie has been missing since over a year (a year before the show started) and if he said ‘‘I have been waiting for this moment for 15 years'' and we have confirmation that Emilie was obviously around 15 years ago and knew of the miraculous seeing as she had her own. Then this must have been something she was either helping Gabriel with or also her wish. I'm gonna go with the latter seeing as Gabriel always uses ‘'we'' pronoun when talking about a wish, as he said in, I think style queen? Before. He says something along the lines of ‘'our wish will finally come true.'' our meaning he and someone else.

honestly, this special is really good! maybe it's because of all the action or since i just watched it about half an hour ago, but i really prefer this to the new york special. yea, we've gotten some complaints in the comments, but i think this one is pretty well done. we had so many chances shown about everyone's character : gorilla secretly liking superheroes, uncle wang being a bit lonely and his excitement to see his niece, and how supportive tom and sabine were to make their daughter reconnect with her mum's side of the family. don't forget ladydragon - she's like a complete new hero with a different-ish concept. no time limits, the ability to morph into anything else, it's so unique and new. ofc, not trying to paint it as perfect (tho it was really good, new york left me a bit :// but shanghai kinda blew me away ngl) since everything does have its flaws. i understand that she was still obsessed with adrien since this was season 2 - 3, and i'm glad she became less obsessive and toned down in the next special. like really, that felt sooo cold about how her parents and uncle were so excited and there were efforts made, such as her parents saving money, her uncle learning some french for marinette to understand and even planning so many cool activities... and she ditches it away to run off and find adrien's exact location. like, wow. ok then. i'm glad she isn't that obsessed anymore and the miraculous team listened to our calls to make marinette less creepy. like sure, now in the recent episodes, she's developed a crush on him again, but i think it's controlled. another thing i'm kinda confused with is the fact that the guardian creature thing was akumatised because fei didn't pass the test? that was kinda weird. anyways, i think this special is awesome! really enjoyed it. :)

I really want Fei to come back for one of the finales

I know Fei is part of Shanghai, but I really hope she makes it into the main series more often. she is definitely the coolest character in the series

I think Hawk Moth was saying he's been waiting 15 years because he's been pursuing the miraculouses of Ladybug and Char Noir for that length of time and that once he claims the Prodigious he'll be able to take the miraculouses finally.

He didnt want the black cat and ladybug mirac until his wife died, which was 1 year before the first episode (when adrien and marinette were in 9th grade)

There was a part in the special that caught me off guard, it was the scene where the guardian was heading to the city and hawk moth literally just shouted, saying “THE CITY, ADRIEN!”… And how is no one confused in the special to why hawk moth was saying that… CAT NOIR, LADYBUG, AND FEI WAS LIKE IN THE BACKGROUND HIDING BEHIND A PILLAR.

That made me not feel bad for her when she got robbed and was lost. That sence was played for the viewer to feel bad for her but it was well deserved karma at that point.

I still like NY special more. They both learned something new (to forgive, trusting eatchother, and forgiving yourself). And chat noir needed more screen time, tho i love that LB reacted the way she did when he "died". And in NY mari tried to move on and in shanghai shes just a stalker.

Shanghai is set between seasons 2-3, where NY is set between 3-4. That’s why she has those tendencies, but tries to get over Adrien in NY.

Canonical this took back before Adrien start to get over her obsession. (This takes place after season 2.) and besides that, she did spend... some time with her Uncle, despite being missing because she was looking for Adrien... season 2 Marinette was weird...

I like how the people living in Shanghai in this episode could actually speak decent Mandarin. I still wish all the Mandarin lines were subbed though for people who couldn't understand it, especially Adrien's "Mandarin" lines, because his Mandarin is still god-awful (it was actually better in Kung Food, 'cause at least I could kiiiinda understand him). I found it hilarious how he attempted to speak Mandarin to the fanboys and they somehow just understood him, because I couldn't understand a word he said XD When Adrien said that he could speak Mandarin, he really couldn't lmao. I wish the people who wrote his script actually bothered to help the voice actor out with pronunciation. At first I found it kinda ridiculous how Adrien just calls Ladybug and asks her to help him find a girl in Shanghai. _Shanghai!!!_ Shanghai isn't just next door to Paris you know!! How he expected her to go all the way to Shanghai was beyond me...until the end of the episode showed that they can literally fly wherever they want, whenever they want 😂Oops, completely forgot about that. It bothered me that even in specials, Chat Noir still does dumb things and puts himself in danger and gets himself killed. His character really deserves better.

I agree that the Shanghai special was far superior to the New York one. They tried fewer ideas and so it worked better. Fei's development still felt a little rushed as most of it happened in the same act, and there is that little issue where at the pawn shop the sleazy guy literally says "You're the one who robbed the girl" and Marinette somehow... just doesn't hear? Because drama? Otherwise, it was executed much better than New York.

9:51 I think i know how it went down: 15 years ago, Hawkmoth and his wife had adrien and somehow this made the couple l0ok into the prodijuce. After years of searching they finally figure out that its at Fai's temple and team up with the greedy guy whos been trying to buy that land for who knows how long, to get the necklace. After Adrien's mom goes into a coma, gabriel gets more desperate and hires the guy to go and take the bracelet forcefully, this is around the time of season 1-2 when he finally figures out all of his evil plans... And now here we are

yeah that makes more sence that the bracelet was stolen more recently as opposed to having lost it a whole 15 years ago for no absolute reason he would want it at that point in time i feel as though he was merely looking for powerful artifacts after they found the miraculous and knew about the other missing ones and went to look for them but not before attemting to get someone else to do the dirty work to obtain a super powerful object supposedly more powerful thean the miraculous and after the greedy pawn shop owner finally broke apart that temple and left the girl to fend for herself he finally snuck in and took the bracelet and bought it for their negotiated price much more recently since the eclipse was coming soon and needed to prepare himself for when the day came now with the added convinience that this will help him get what he now wants

I think hawk moth was studying the miraculous 15 years ago and his wife turn sick without a cure so he wanted the miraculous to cure but he the ladydragon power to do that.

Personally, I really enjoyed the episode and it is a shame some people don't because there wasn't enough Ladybug and Cat Noir. So here is what I have to say about it: The world specials aren't always going to be based around Ladybug and Cat Noir. We are getting probably six seasons which evolve around them- we have enough. The world specials are to highlight the lore and show off the superheros in other cities. That's why it was called 'the legend of Ladydragon'. The special is about that superheroine. I mean, how can you expect all of your expectations in an hour film? How can you expect the love square, action, romance, world building, character development, new characters, sub-plots and more in that amount of time? I'm not saying that the special had none of these- but some of these expectations are going to be out-weighed by others

Can we also acknowledge the fact Marinette lied to her parents about wanting to go to China to learn about her heritage?

I feel like they do Cat Nior dirty. He naturally talented fighter and is powerful so why do he always get the shaft and written like he can’t save the day?

Ikr Marinette was creepy asf in this movie and people are just gonna over shadow it She's wierd in a bad way in if Adrien doesn't like I don't really blame him😂

I like it too, they did a really good job and hope they can keep this story going with where they left off, also explain more about the two longs dragon kwamii, and how the guardian became a kwamii, also bring the lady dragon and girl back as well

in my research hockmoths miraculous can effect the feelings of: worries,sadness,being agry,guilty,,scared,hurt and all the bad feelings a person could have. so the gardian of the miraculous in the cave is probably worried about Fai so he got akumatized

can’t wait until we see the Asian group of villains make reappearances in future specials and the seasons!

ok so i think that hawkmoth and emily were looking for all the miraculous, and on the way tried to find the prodiguis or whatever 15 years back. then the guy stole it from fae right before gabriel gets there to shanghai and once he buys it he opens it etc

I loved this special especially how fei was written like she is a 3 dimensional chracter that went from an anti-hero to a hero however I relly want another special where my poor boy Cat Noir is the main focus, like the show ist called Miraculous Tales of Laybug & CAT NOIR but up to this point the show dosen't live up to that title A special where we get to see more of the connection between Hawkmoth and Cat Noir aka Gabriel and Adrien maybe- like a storxline where Cat Noir/Adrien suspects HIS FATHER of being Monarc and how he handels it. A special where we get to see Cat Noir/Adries 3 dimentional character where it isn't just abt his obsession with Ladybug but his own life and where he saves the day I want to see Cat Noir in action- my dude is fencing, knows chinese and does many other things like he is a very inteligent guy but they somehow forget about all of these qualitys when they turn him into Cat Noir and he just becomes a sidekick #JusticeForCatNoir

I agree. It was really the best special. Let's take it from the start,I'll comment all the reasons why I like it. Hearing Fei's backstory made me emotional,the girl didn't deserve such a backstory. If I were her I'd probably be dead during the special. The special's animation was also very good,definitely awesome. Marinette going to Shanghai just to stalk Adrien was super funny and not at all creepy,come over here and kill me if you dare. You'll ask "How did you like it?". I'm just a real Adrienette shipper,guys. It's not my fault. Sure,Marinette going to Shanghai to celebrate uncle Wang's birthday would be better,but it's better than her going to Shanghai,meeting him and him hating her afterwards,right? Romance is one of Miraculous Ladybug's main traits anyway. I love Fei. Like I said,she deserved a better backstory. Like she said,Wu Shifu is her adoptive father. And her real father? Who the fuck is her real father? Well,sorry for swearing. Later in the special she mentions she's an orphan,which would mean that her birth parents were dead before the special. You know what guys? I don't care! Thomas Astruc,TELL ME WHO FEI'S PARENTS ARE NOW! Anyways,I think Fei knows that Marinette is Ladybug. After the battle,she said she brought her to safety,which obviously isn't true. There is a theory according to which Fei and Marinette are cousins. I don't believe it,but I think it would be interesting to see that Marinette's own cousin stole her things. And Ladydragon is just freakin awesome! Even Marinette's things getting stolen was interesting to watch. It added a bit of action to the special,more than every Miraculous Ladybug episode ever did. Even Reflekdoll had Marinette quickly find Plagg and transform to Lady Noire. I was misjudging the special saying the NY one was better than it,but I was wrong. I misjudged the best special,I can't believe it. Also,some proof that the Special is after Season 3: 1. During the opening,we can see Marinette's form of the Miracle Box,which wasn't even pictured during Season 2. 2. Marinette still insists she and Adrien are just friends,which she never did during Season 2.

I like how friendship and bond between mari and kitty is recalled more. i also loved the action. soundtrack was perfect. story was interesting and actually good there was :growth, plot twist, it was reasonable,there was also little drama and not that funny boy drama( not that it's not enjoyable i just liked that small moment when maris eyes started filling with tears bc she felt betrayed and lied to it made last moment her coming back and encouraging same person more sweet and special )it needs work but in my personal opinion there were some great moments and new cherecters it was all and all more of an improvement then same shit they make us it again and again (also i still really want cat to have more action scenes and umm...be more involved🖤🖤)

Why couldn't she go to learn more about her asian heritage instead of being a stalker? Sometimes I wonder why she was made half-Chinese at all if they are not really going to focus on the Asian aspects of the show. SHE'S THE MAIN CHARACTER.

well I liked Shanghai alot even more than NY in some cases but this episode has plot holes that make it a little impossible to be between s2 and 3. for example the fly power up never seen before NY special and if you see in one scene we see jess action figure as eagle in gorilla pocket. she became eagle after she got eagle talon miraculous. and I don't think that scene was an animation fault cause we saw a zoom in on the action figure in that scene

Yeah it was creepy that Marinette wanted to meet Adrien in China but not that creepy. She ended up forgetting about him once things actually kicked off and she was actually interested in what her uncle was teaching her. Honestly the episode where she tried break into his window with the firefighter was more creepy.

Im pretty sure she would wear the bracelet with the dragon kwami on it while she might keep the prodigious in a safe place, just a theory

My overall idea is that Hawk Moth and Emilie created Adrien with the peacock miraculous's power 15 years ago (same age as Adrien during this point in the story) and this action knocked Emilie into the deep sleep and broke the Peacock miraculous. Gabriel has been pursuing the power of merging the miraculouses of Ladybug and Chat Noir ever since Adrien was born for the sole purpose of bringing Emilie back to life. The fact that Gabriel knows about the Prodigious is because Nooroo would have been forced to uncover those secrets to him. I really have no idea where the story could go from if Hawk Moth gets the miraculouses. Could someone please give me an idea.

There is a theory floating around that both Gabriel and Emile were Indian Jones type treasure hunters who used the miracouls to adventure looking for magical artifacts for. These artifacts then helped Gabriel design his clothing. so it’s possible they witnessed the first eclipse 15 years ago. evidence pointing towards this is if you look towards the beginning of the special the students and fei at the temple have jackets that have the Aggrest brand butterfly symbol. So my theory is that 15 years ago during an expedition Gabriel and Emile visited Shanghai to see the temple and the prodigious becoming friends with fei’s father gifting him these jackets or maybe they were hired to design them. But they were most likely denied entrance into the cave and this is what Gabriel meant when he has been waiting 15 years for.

I got two things to say that may not relate to this: 1. Cat-Blanc is smarter than Cat-Noir. Think of this, Cat-Noir always jump to conclusion and gets himself killed while Cat-Blanc actually plays mind games to get what he wants, even tho he was akumatized. 2. Can we upgrade Cat-Noir's power? If his power is so powerful why is it limited? How about adding more powers like invisibility, power up to turn people into stones if they stare in his eyes. At least they'll still relate to the power of destruction or simply freezing them. His hair even could even transform into whips since it's so frizzy and lastly transform his hands into literal claws without using cataclysm to blind people. Idk, just ideas that they could add since he is growing older. I mean let's be real, they only give ladybug power ups to make her seem worthy of the miraculous, what about Cat-noir? He deserves better than just being called a kitty. Hope Gloob or whoever sees this. It would really help to improve the show and Cat-Noir's character (I hope).

I was thinking after this special, the new york special and the others have a potiental to have their own spin off series to tell more about the other miraculous, ladydragon, and more lore about the miraculous world besides the Ladybug and Cat Noir story

Well, I got to agree that this special was pretty awesome with all the action and all, but the only scene I didn't like was where Mari convinced her parents to let her go to Shangai, my problem with this is that it just seemed like plot convenience, like, her parents just randomly have been waiting for this moment since she was born? I don't know but this just seemed off, it seemed pretty random and just seemed like they just did this so Mari could go to Shangai, also Mari did almost say Adrien in that part more than once and I'm pretty sure her parents know that she likes him (Of course not the stalking part but you know what I mean), so like, how did they not suspect that, like come on. But I think that this part was Really cringy and the staff just did so the story could move on. I hope you understand what I mean. But besides that, I think it was really cool and this season has a lot of story progression.

I REALLY WISH there would just be ONE SPECIAL where the main character in that special (not ladybug and chat noir) gets supported by Adrien instead of Marinette LIKE I know Ladybug is the only one who can capture akumas, but it would be cool if Ladybug got trapped and adrien/chat noir/ has to give a pep talk or smth like that and make Chat noir Relevant FOR 5 MINUTES then they 2 free ladybug and she does the Akuma ting, I just want this show to stop focusing too much on Ladybug, I know she's like the new guardian but she sticks out too much

I hated this special because of how the writers treated Cat Noir just to give the girls the battle. I am over this stupidity. These writers should know how balance a battle between more than one hero. They literally made him die for nothing.

When Fei couldn't get 'Longg the dragon" from the box, I thought it was because "Longg the dragon" was in the miraculous box back in Paris. If you remember when Ladybug turned to Dragonbug and Kagami turned into Ryuuko they used "Longg the Dragon." But turns out I was wrong.
