My mom got a Google pixel 7 pro around Christmas and I’m so in love with it. If it weren’t for being completely integrated into apple’s ecosystem and all the convenience that comes from that, I would switch to it. It’s hands down the simplest, most attractive, user friendly UI for android and using my mom’s phone is the first time an android phone didn’t feel like it had a learning curve to me

Being JAILED into CRapple's prisonsystem is NOT a convenience, it's a restriction. Most other ecosystems allow you to move things to other platforms and use them with thousands of other apps. But CRapple ONLY allows you to keep those things in CRapple's system. That is restrictive, not convenient...

The foldable portion is really interesting. You can definitely see why Google is pushing for large screen optimizations with the amount of incoming/already available foldable phones. The bottom bar on Samsung is an AOSP and something basically taken from ChromeOS which gives Google a lot of tablet/desktop experience to pull from. I just bought the Asus Zenfone 9 and it is amazing. Great battery, the cam rivals pixel 6a with a ported Gcam it actually beats the pixel 6a and 6 which is great, the video stabilization is outright insane , the responsiveness though is top of the line if not the best of all flagships i've tried , looks unique and fits nicely especially with that polymer back and everything else is pretty much on the top % on the market. Ui is also bonkers light .It also has the gaming mode of the ROG phones , and something people don't really know about is the "outdoor mode" that increases the sound level of the speakers by a LOt. it literally becomes a very loud speaker. Downside is the quality is a bit average but it is still there if you really want to hear something in a very loud environment, this will top any other phone of your friend group probably. The only con is no wireless charging but people tend to overrate it anyway.

How do you do tech reviews with no tech to review
This video is sick it’s incredible how this guy makes it like a real award show
i just got an opera ad with mrwhosetheboss, and i thought for a moment it was a part of the video
i made a home-run as well to buy a new phone this year. I chose the Pixel 7, not the Pro version, but it definitely feels like pure flagship with an amazing software. Love it and I am glad that I will use it for many years to come
You are showing us the best phones every year without concerning about money and time. Respect for you sir.
tysm for this!!!
Great video, I would add in a category which is important these days. Company ethics and views. That's how I would like to make my final purchasing decision.
The energy and the flow of the video are amazing! Awesome design of the awards!
Gosh what a great idea & very helpful having you choose the best photo of the year in each category. Certainly helps me in choosing my next phone, thank you. Think you should have a award for best & most entertaining reviewer of the year! Never get bored watching your reviews & you certainly make me giggle..... :)
Awesome content. Since I've been watching your videos I've learnt so much and my veiw on phones has changed entirely. I've been taking note of things i didn't even know was there before lol. I've also been more aware about how mediocre my phone is😢. I can't get enough of you contents.😊👍👍👍
Man, the quality of your videos is stunning insane!
Ok but that pokemon inspired music at 10:44 for the best android phone 😂😂😂
I agree with the Pixel 7 Pro being the best overall. Google has come a long way in terms of their experience in the smartphone market. The camera software especially is something to appreciate and want as a casual photographer. The visor is also something pretty intuitive in my opinion. Although some might criticize for it's bulginess, in some ways it helps like when you're holding it and that extra space packs some punch for the camera. Great video Arun and the team! Always amazed at how well executed your content is 👍
I'll be getting my Pixel 7 in a few days, and I'm really excited for it :) (Switching from a Pixel 4 which was awesome as well)
Wow, I'm excited for these advancements! 朗 Can't wait to upgrade my phone 📲💻. Thankful for this informative video! 🙌
Good choice Pixel nailed them all, but I am also a big fan of iphone 14 and xiaomi 13
This is actually amazing, the representation and the awards? This is definitely the best of all time. Congratulations Smartphone companies who won the awards, especially the last one 🎉

The last one makes 0 sense. 899$ is “value”, yeah right when the phone design looks like a Robo cop. Also it doesn’t support HEIC, and it has a Chipset that ain’t that good for a flagship. iPhones are the best phones you can always not get the latest one and you will have for a long time OS updates. Justify me that
@trentasaurus5478
Жыл бұрын
@@hunhowshadow317 I mean when you compare what you get with Google for $899 with what you get from Apple for $899 you definitely get more value from Google. You do have a point with the OS updates though, I wish other companies gave more support for that but that's also just a side effect of Android not being closed off to a single company like iOS is.

been using budget phones then jumped to the new Iphone flagship and watching this now with the new Iphone 14 pro max really feels surreal as before I couldnt afford it but now im seeing my phone in the awards really feels something else, I love your award videos every year
Beautifully crafted video !!
Another year goes by watching your amazing content♥️
I'm still using my pixel 6 from last year and honestly never had any issues that everyone else complained about it. The only thing that bugged me was the slow fingerprint reader but after a year I just got used to it.

Pixel 7 pro winning everything but I just got rid of it for the Asus Zenfone 9 and haven't looked back, love it
This is incredible! This will probably be something that I'd be looking forward to in years to come. I found myself shocked and clapping and proud of the winners. I'm not a fan of the pixel, because I haven't really been as interested in it like how I'm interested in iPhones and Galaxies. I'll be buying a new phone soon, replacing this S10+. I'm now unsure if an iPhone is the best way to go. Thank you for this ARUN!

I'm still so in love with my huawei p30 pro, it's been the best phone I've ever used, however it's coming up to it 4th year in use and its beginning to slow down. It sucks we can no longer get them in the UK. I'm looking for my next phone but I'm so worried that I'm going to be so let down what ever I choose next. What phone would you recommend that would be as good if not better than the huawei, id love your advice. Thank you

i sold my nothing phone due to endless problems. I would be scrolling through an app and my phone would brick and hard reset when i got a notification and i was plagued with random crashes
I love how he looks even happier and enthusiastic now as compared to his older videos. Not everyone is that way once they’ve gotten in a better position.

As someone that works in a phone retail store i can say i agree 100% i find myself recommending the pixel 7 time and time again. When we sell a pixel 99% of the time the customer is happy, and most importantly doesn’t have issues, meanwhile if we sell say a S22 or OnePlus the customer usually is back in pretty quickly to have us correct small issues or problems.
