A Danish recipe for your future try with making remoulade paste: Ingredients: • 100g lean mayonnaise • 1 tablespoon finely chopped or clipped dill leaves • 1 tablespoon finely chopped or clipped parsley leaves • 3 tablespoons finely chopped pickled cucumbers (substitute would be relish) • 1 tablespoon finely chopped or clipped capers • 1 teaspoon mustard • 1/4 teaspoon soya sauce • Salt, pepper and curry powder according to your taste buds. Preparation: 1. Mix all of the ingredients in a blender (or chop and mix) and taste regarding added salt, pepper and curry powder. 2. Used for hotdogs, burgers and sandwich dressing (in lieu of mayonnaise, ketchup, mustard and the like pastes). 3. If used as a dressing for a fish or shellfish meal, add some chopped onion and a bit of squeezed garlic. Best wishes with your try - hopefully pleasing your taste buds
