Great review Dylan. Just had my Rubber B black/blue vulchromatic tang strap on my Batman for a few days, and enjoying it but not completely crazy about it. I must admit it makes the timepiece looks smaller than 40mm with the strap, and with price point it is definitely right up there, however the quality is amazing. I will have to trial it for another month and see.

I put the same strap on my Daytona. Its comfortable and looks great.

Glad I found your video. I want to reduce the glitz on my Daytona. Tried an alligator leather strap, but that made it too dressy IMO. I think this strap is the perfect modification to the watch. Much sportier feel while saving the bracelet.

No one ever mentioned Everest . You should do a side to side review with an Everest . I want to see which one you would choose . IMO Everest rubber is way more comfortable than rubber B .

I also think Everest works better for larger wrists. I have both and RubberB makes my watch case sit high, usually hovering above my wrist rather than lying flat.

I'm a fan of Everest as well; just installed them on my 116500LN Black dial (haven't tried Rubber B yet)

Have my 114060 on a Rubber B for the first time, this last two weeks. It is jaw-droppingly gorgeous. I'm going to pop to my fave café after lunch, sip a caramel latté and just ogle it.

Everest, Zealande are also excellent rubber straps. I'm not sure if you guys also reviewed those straps

I recommend rubberb put one on my black bay panda looks better than the steel bracelet.

That would look great on a Milgauss with a black dial.

I bought a rubber b for my hulk based on some of your previous videos about them, I found that it restricted the smooth movement of the bezel, but also the sub bracelet is so good I just cannot justify putting it on anything else. I also have a Bell & Ross with a 24mm rubber strap so that serves my watch on a rubber strap need.

I would add that with the rubber strap I could not feel the watch on my wrist, and with a rolex especially, I definitely want to feel it on my wrist!

Same here .. also on hulk ... but it was really hard ... like it would feel like a plastic cutting into my skin rather than “ soft rubber “

AP diver, that's the only piece I can think of I'd wear with a rubber strap... and even that I wear on the (superior) factory bracelet!

inhave day c ceramic , i just order a custom endlink. can i put rubber b pair with the custom endlink?

Actually rubber b just released the swimskin straps. You would have to buy the one that fits on the Daytona that comes on oysterflex, this way there will be a small gap between the watch case and strap. You can then fit your endlinks in that space and it would look amazing. Just be sure to email them all the details and pictures of you watch so they can recommend what the best option is for you. Hope this helps!

Please give me some advice: I have got a Daytona 116505 everose. Stunning piece but for the summer I would like to make it less flashy. Is there a rubber strap that fits this watch? I couldn’t find one so far. Thanks Greeting from Italy

Roberto Persico for the moment i have the green dial yellow gold daytona and I tried to put a green rubber strap on the watch but still doesn't feel very sporty and looks more like you're trying to much.Trust me.A leather strap combined with the color of the dial would look very sporty and classy on your watch my friend.Regards brother

how long can a rubber strap last? im considering an oris pro dive and that one seems to be of very good quality

Good quality ones are typically 3-5 years depending on how often/how hard you wear it. Cheap ones, I'll be lucky to get much more above 1 year with regular use. All mine will tear at where the buckle sits on the log end.

Do you know if it stretched and becomes softer with time ? I am exactly in between the whole, one being too lose and the other to too tight .. and it’s kinda rough on my skin ! So with time will it wear in to be more comfortable ?

Aliexpress propably silicone and will attract dust. This doesn’t also have any coating because it’s vulcanised rubber as he says. Also lit of small design details add up, like how securely the strap holders/rings fit. Too tight or loose will be annoying

Do you think a black ceramic Daytona will decrease in price over time or will it retain it well?

It will retain well ... and increase even ... but not to forget the prices you see on chrono are actually all minus 2 k. For example if u wanna go and sell that watch to somebody they would say 19-2 =17. Cuz on those watches they wanna make a profit of that kind ...or u can try to sell it yourself but that’s risky and a lot of work ..

Michael Ho depends if you buy retail or gray market .. if you buy retail you have made like k profit ... if you buy gray market then I think the price will go down after you wear it for a bit ... like ten percent. But it will grow and grow and grow ... becuse it’s the best watch out there, small, thin, symmetrical, can be worn as a dress watch ... and the movent is class leading .. the b01 from breitling also has 70 hours power reserve but it’s thick and large ... they can’t make the watches smaller than 42 mm I think .... I think Daytona is the hottest and the hardest watch to get in the world...but as I said if you buy at 20 k I can’t tell if if the price will go down or up ... I don’t know the future. But if the demand stays as it is the prices will go up .

These rubber straps are very in vogue right now, aren't they? I wouldn't be at all surprised if Rolex decided to offer a version of the sub with a rubber strap in 2019 (I think they already do with the Yacht Master and Daytona, don't they?)

Jay Burgess I feel like the days of yacht masters wearing their huge AP on a rubber somewhere in Monaco are over. This was like 2005-2010 .. now watches get smaller and less bling bling. Rolex is kinda late to the party with its rubber strap on the Daytona.

Jay Burgess yes, they do ... but it looks cheap in my opinion... Richard Mille AP Hublot those were the investors of a rubber strap ... in a sense they have made it popular ... this review from BYOU or whatever that guy is called is so paid ... he doesn’t again the second time an advertisement of rubber b ..and I wished I wouldn’t listen to him and instead got the Everest ... which in quality is not as good and doesn’t have such a nice fit but it’s comfy ... rubber be is as hard as plastic almost. In my opinion the two brands to buy a rubber watch are patek aquanaut and Richard millle ( and the lady is just a terrible value for money )

I hate how this looks on the steel / ceramic. On the gold dayt's with a leather strap it looks awesome and almost factory but for this nah. The look between the lugs is really bad.

Horus straps are the best

Be careful with Rubber B, they scratched my watch trying to install a strap and couldn't. That happened inside the brand's Miami office and one of their watchmakers. Imagine doing this at home. In reality they are a company that doesn't care about consumers. They are a American Company with 2 French guys that says that they made straps in Swisrland. Maybe in China...

! Oh my God! This is such a bad commercial
