대구에 몇 년 있었는데, 여기 국물은 정말 감동적으로 맛있어요. 그야말로 보양식 느낌. 그립네요 동양국수백과

와우~ 보기만해도 침 고이네요 ㅋㅋ 고기양 무엇? ㅋ😍

I guess it’s Pho, considering the kind of spices he use at the beginning like coriander seeds, star anise, cumin, cloves etc. Also the food presentation similar to Pho. Or maybe it’s fusion food cause he used lemongrass too.

Pho is everywhere now. In LA, I've visited many Pho shops run by Koreans. I've even been to one run by Mexicans.

this is anything but authentic Korean rice noodles. FYI Korean has never really used rice noodle, instead they opted for glass noodle (from mung bean), wheat noodle, udon (from flour) and ramen (flour and egg) and rice cakes (tteokbokki, made from rice). The one in the video is the southern version of Vietnamese Pho, with sprouted mung beans, and server with sri racha and hoisin sauce.

Similar to Indonesian dish called Soto, here we mash the herbs instead of using whole grain for the seasoning.

I'm just drooling, I just want a big bowl of soup..🍜

Korean version of pho. It’s not bad if you’ve never had the real thing.

얼 소스 섞어먹기라니 먹을줄 아시는 분이네

이집에서 쌀국수 먹어봤는데 국물의 풍미가 내가 호주나 베트남에서 먹었던 쌀국수랑 뭔가 다르다 했더니 국물에 향신료 배합이 베트남사람들이 하는 배합이랑 살짝 다르긴하네요 레몬그라스는 베트남 현지에서는 분보훼에는 써도 퍼보(소고기 쌀국수)에는 안들어가고 모시조개도 쓰지 않는걸로 아는데 들어가는거 보니 신기하네요 뭔가 연구 엄청 많이 하신거 같음 근데 전 이집이 맛없다는건 아닌데 베트남 전통스타일이 더 맛있는거 같음ㅠㅠ
