@@ranting2daMAX Both instances are in the last level of the game, the city. In the first area there's a cop who needs help tracking down a criminal. You help him by sniffing out the criminal's scent, and turns out the criminal's locked himself in a building and the officer can't get in. You need to parkour over some boxes and hanging platforms to get to a side entrance. From there you have to get to the ground level and sneak past the criminal to unlock the front door and let the cop in. However, you need to do this all as the cop's dog, as either Jake can't make the same jumps or makes too much noise when trying to get by and will get shot. If the criminal notices the cop's dog then he shoots it too. The second time is in another area of the city. Another criminal has just got done robbing someone's home, then he spots you and draws his gun. If you try to approach him as Jake (or any other dog) then you'll get shot. I never figured this out as a kid, but you need to take control of another dog, bark out of the guy's line of sight to draw his attention away so he moves from his spot, then race up to steal his bag and return it to the same cop from earlier. Jake never really dies since you only hear a gunshot and it fades to black and puts you back to the beginning of the area (with I think your health lowered all the way down.) Still an absolutely horrifying idea to introduce to 3 year olds though, little me was in tears because of the fear that Jake's death would be on my hands

I know its easier said than done, but the more you go to the gym the more comfortable you will feel. Remember that people are there to work out, not to judge or socialize (for the most part). As long as you are not getting in people's way, being too loud, or doing something dangerous, no one will give you a second thought. If you are feeling intimidated by other's physiques just remember that everyone had to start somewhere, and no one will look down on you for trying to better yourself.

Hey, salt man Idk if this is good or not, but when I started going to the gym, I was also worried that ppl would look at me and shit because of how thin I am, so I never went to the mechanic's area and I stayed in the treadmills until I was comfortable going there. But tbh when I did go, nobody even noticed me, and whenever I asked for help, they would always great me with a smile. What I'm trying to say is that people don't care, and if anything, you would gain respect because you're actually going to the gym. Hope this helps, and sorry for the bad grammar

Avoid gyms with big, mirrored walls, try to find the most secluded spots for each equipment you wanna use, wear headphones and listen to songs that tend to take you away from the current moment/distract you. Don't be afraid to talk to other ppl and get to meet them from the start, working out with/around ppl you're familiar with can make you feel more comfortable. Also do drugs, lots of drugs, don't matter which one, just do 'em and you'll feel better, trust me.

Games peaked at Dog's Life and have never reached such a high since

Hey salty i feel the same way about the gym. Theres plenty of free weight things you can do until you see the results and gain the confidence to get to the gym. Cool thing about the gym is everyone is always to themselves or in their own bubble so you can get in and leave and not speak to a single person really. Bring big headphones too so people know "hey, lets leave that guy alone hes serious"

Honestly just starting is the hardest part about getting into the gym. Almost everyone keeps to themselves, and no one has the right to judge anyone else when we're all there to better ourselves. Start small, start figuring out a routine that works for you, and don't overwork yourself. You've got this, dude. I'm rooting for you. :) Also this game's texture issues happened often in the actual game as well and isn't just an emulation thing. That's incredible it's in both versions lmao

One of my favourite games as a kid, borrowed this from my older brother's friend because this was the only game you could play as a dog that I knew of, and Okami wouldn't be released in 3 years or so. The mood change at the end creeped me the fuck out but at the same time it was so cool to have "horror" elements in a kids' game, I sometimes just chilled on the factory courtyard map (or whatever the fuck it's called) just to listen and feel the ambience.

Tips/Advice for working out/gym: when i started working out, i was also anxious about others seeing me, me doing something incorrect, etc. but overtime as i have gone back, people tend to just mind their buisness unless you actively go out of your way to talk or interact with them. You may encounter the occasional 'hey i saw you were doing 'xyz', try 'xyz' instead of 'xyz'", or someone asking how many sets you have left. Honestly you just get more and more comfortable the more times you go. You can do it Salty!
