A message to you all. Being in the present moment means feeling your feelings and crying your tears consciously. This way you won’t be blocking emotions which is deadly. If you use this practice to stay away from feelings you can attract many experiences that will bring your rejected emotions to the surface eventually, and you will not like them.

Spiritually best place is here and now. Use difficulties as incentives to go deeper. The added benefit of going inside is that you no longer depend on the gains and losses outside. 🦋🌻🐳🎯🍦🌛🐿🐧🍁🌛🌷💖🐿 The spaces between things are more important than things: form and formlessness. Space is the essence of the universe. Your inner space (consciousness) is your essence. 🐳🌻🌻😎🍁🤩 Thanks Eckhart. 12 February 2023.🌷🦅🍭🐿🤩💃🎅🍁👍🎅🎅

The joy of Being, which is the only true happiness, cannot come to you through any form, possession, achievement, person, or event, or anything that happens.

That joy cannot come to you, ever.

It emanates from the formless dimension within you, from consciousness itself, and thus is one with who you are. Eckhart Tolle.

Since the first time I listened to them - I felt such a TRUTH, such a depth in them, they helped me so much and they still are and I hear them coming right from that unmentionable sacred place we all come from into which we are and where we will return without ever moving. There is so much goodness in these teachings and the wisdom of the universe so much that it always moves me. HOW much good they do to those who have the courage to listen to them with the heart..... Thankful now and therefore forever...💓🙏

I have listened and studied his "teachings" for some time now. It has some value for certain portions of anybody's day, but to live life like this every moment of every day is like living in a box. If I can put it in another way, it's like smelling a flower until it has no more fragrance! Consider this, if any of the great composers lived in the moment of now, they would have produced only one note per lifetime. If Da Vinci never used his imagination and committed himself to the moment, he would have died as an unknown entity!

Thank you for this meditation, 5 days ago I've experienced being aware of space (my room and a couple of metres far) and not only things. I've never had so deep feeling of being home, I was the space and the space was me embracing "ourselves". Few minutes before "I" disappeared, I didn't exist, there were nobody, noone existed. Just consciousness.

And it reminds me that the conditioning of our culture, to follow rather than remain Curious...all of it is nothing more than an Agreement. Thank You Universe for Eckhart during my 50's, any younger, and I might've missed this Grace...F*cking Brilliant.

The existential talk just turns the anxiety and depression up. It’s been so heavy lately - the negative inside. It’s lasted for so long I don’t know how to carry it around anymore, 10 years of severe anxiety and panics before it turned into a depression that just made me want to end it. Life is unbearable. Now I’m here. Accepting it all. It wakes me in the night and keeps me awake for hours, I carry it around all day, just pain inside, everywhere. Then more of the same at night. I can’t do anything but accept, or end it. I’m choosing to accept for now and see what happens. (I’m female) Update - a day after I wrote this, the heavy pain body in me disappeared, or became dormant. I assume because I stopped resisting it, and just let it be. It’s now been two days and it still hasn’t returned. It may return at some point but next time I won’t resist it. At the moment I’m feeling much better, and if I don’t feel better again later, that’s ok too.

What I understand is everything is energy so if I have negative energy in me I can overcome it with positive energy .There is some negative belief I taken on maybe from childhood or society ? I do positive affirmations everyday for what ever I need to overcome ? I been doing this for 11 years and my life is completey changed and studying my psychology as Eckhart teaches. If you are spiritual the most powerful thing you can do to overcome deppresion is give the rosary for Archangel Michael out loud everyday with conviction there is one on KZread and you Will feel relief from depression.

Reaffirm that you are in control, acknowledge the feelings you re having wo suppressing them and then say you re open to the msg your body / the universe is commumicating. Then go about youre business. Lucinda Bassetts program helped me leave anxiety behind.

Do you have any experience with mindfulness (on the present moment)? If not, I'd suggest you focus on that. It's just a skill to be aware of what's going on in your head without getting enmeshed in it (carried away with it, identified with it). Eckhart's teachings are largely about (the power "now" and the present moment). But, he overloads it with spiritual topics that aren't necessary. (Buddhism is based upon it too. Mindfulness on the present moment is based upon vipassana meditation which comes from Buddhism. But, Buddhism includes much more than that which isn't necessary IMO, and can impede people from the real benefit of this skill, individuating from your thoughts -- knowing the difference between self in the moment and self thinking in the moment.). I've been liking Sam Harris (and Dan Harris, no relation). They're very secular and mindfulness-focused as a skill. No added layers of spiritualism or historical traditions. Stephen Batchelor promulgates "Secular Buddhism" which simplifies buddhism into primarily vipassana meditation. Mark Epstein is a psychologist who bridges psychology and mindfulness (Buddhist wisdom, not necessarily religion). These guys all seem more practical, less esoteric. I'm thinking mindfulness (on the present moment) would be good because the only thing that's real is the present moment, everything else is a story we tell ourselves. That can be a relief to realize we think too much about things that are out of our control (world events, etc.). That might be a more fundamental thing to focus on. If you're looking for more religious trappings, maybe Moojii? Something should be out there that resonates with you. It's become a fad, and there's a lot of clickbait awakening these days, buzzword awakening. It's hard to find something simple. The whole idea is that this something you can do yourself. The more someone explains to you what it is, that tends to be an impediment to your own experience (trying to have someone else's, or a group membership).

Eckhart? Will you read this or will it be responded to by an Eckhart bot, so to speak (or Eckhart catfish!)… well, not that Valentine’s Day makes me any more existential crisisy than other day, but: If God exists would God ever disguise itself as evil to crush the stone into a diamond, so to speak, but also because God is so powerful that even evil itself it but a story line to the source of powerful creation and as such does feeling too powerful limit one’s ability to understand true goodness which is why we, as possibly extensions of God choose to be somewhat vulnerable on this plane of existence, lol!

Eckhart, It has been almost 1 year into my son's death or departure or transition, it does not feel real, nothing makes sense, time is speeding up, different planet! Like an episode of the X-Files! I need Scully and Moulder! Weird! Music has become more important. I am out in nature at least 1 hour/day.

Do you eat meat Eckhart? I can't, I love animals. I know what is being done to them and it's horrible. I can't partake of that energy, it hurts my heart too much. The love in my heart compells me.

Awful lot of thought went it this comment, but the good news for you is they are not your thoughts, you are the innocent victim of other people's conditioning. I wish you freedom and happiness very soon 🙏🙏🙏🙏
