Out of the countless dozens of cheese steak places in Philly I chose these due to their popularity and strange proximate favor each other . Plus , I'm a tourist and these are most popular . What is your favorite Cheese Steak place in Philadelphia?

I was wondering was the steak sliced the same because Genos looked like actual slices as where Pats were more a chunks of sliced steak.

I have heard of these two Philly Cheesesteak spots from the Travel Channel but I have never had an authentic cheesesteak from Philly, thanks for the video!
Awesome, I live in Philly. Hope you enjoyed your time here!
You are wise to always bring an eating buddy on these adventures. And I love the trash can art!
You and Krazy joe two living legends
The ambiance shots from Pat's to Geno's was awesome.
Ahh! The famous cheese steak places of Philly. They are both good. Great to see a concert and hit one of them afterward. I do like Tony Luke’s pork with sharp provolone and greens. The pork is served from a juicy vat. Geeze, I’m getting hungry now. Good vlog!
Omg you all make me hungry with all this talk about Philly Cheese steaks....
Great vlog!
Awesome! My daughter is starting at Temple in the Fall. Now I have a couple of places to check out when I visit.
I've never been to Philadelphia love to go one day!! Thanks Adam that was fun!!!!
Great vlog! Looked delicious! The 2nd Cheesesteak looked better to me, because I’m a fan of provolone. You know It’s good when it has a little grease. 👍🙂
nice Rocky moment you had there i see! thumbs up bud!
Look what popped up on my feed... Hello from Gatlinburg TN Smoky Mountains Park Mr Woo 🏞️🌄🐻
That was cute, now I"m hungry ! Thanks guys!
I was wanted to go there and try both of those. Thanks for showing this. Here in Dallas, we have a cheeseteak place called Texadelphia which is pretty freakin good, so at least I have that close by.
Loved the cheesesteak video great job. Are your videos actually a bucket list thing?
Born and raised in this neck of the woods, and eating at both places I'd say it's a toss up, loved seeing Philadelphia I used to play in that park, enjoy your videos, thanks Adam.
I'm obsessed with you and your channel. I can't believe I just now found your channel. 🤠🤣🤠🤣🤠🤣🤠🤣

It has been closed for over 10 years. It was a really cool place to visit. The ground is still for sale if you want to build some townhomes.
Thank for sharing lunch...I imagined my Ramen noodles turned into a cheese steak sammich... Nom Nom Nom...Safe travels! Have a great weekend, Adam...
Love this man
Woo you need to go to the Corvette Museum in Kentucky. There is a video online that shows the floor collapsing. It been redone but some of the Corvettes that sunk was just placed back on the show room.

My favorite cheesesteak and roast pork sandwich is a little pizza shop called Paul Revere Pizza a bit outside of Philly..love them!!!
man your in PA welcome hope you enjoy your visit.
Did the Rocky steps, geno's & Pat's taste, the art museum, Penn museum, and mutter museum with girlfriends. Glad you got to experience it Adam!
We love visiting Philadelphia. Reading Market is so much fun. Riding a "Duck" is a great way to see Philadelphia by land and water. We also took a train from Philadelphia and explored NYC for a day. We enjoy adventures.
Love your videos, it would be funny if you put out a dvd box set titled the best of the Woo
Great seeing you in Pennsylvania. You seriously need to come to Knoebels amusement park about 2 1/2 hours from Philadelphia. Another hour away from there, Concrete City in Nanticoke. Great places.
This is an old video but I had to revisit it due to the latest Philly vid. I cracked up laughing at the zoom and terror of the sound of someone possibly getting tazed. I haven't been but it's certainly a bucket list to hit the Rocky steps and get some cheesesteaks at both establishments. Maybe this is the year.
Hey Adam next time you are in Chicago try this ATW eats challenge with Chicago’s Italian Beef sandwich. Many places claim to have the best sandwich. If you have never had one get ready to be quite impressed!

You should've stuck with the same kind of cheese to give a fair comparison. In any case, wow! They both looked super good.... and now, at 8:30 am, I want one! LOL
I wish I could have joined you, I live about half hour away... Love both Gino's as well as Pats, There used to be a Pats at the end of my street back in 76... Roosevelt blvd At 2nd st
I tried both when I was in Philly back in ‘06 and I loved them both.
Sounds delicious - I have never had one but hope to down the road. Thanks brother!
AHHH WELCOME TO MY CITY ADAM!!!
That looked sooo good!!
OMG I can't believe you were in Philly and I was 10 minutes away!! Crushed I didn't get to meet you!
OMG looks so tasty! Did you decide which one you liked better? Great vlog! ❤️
This vlog is making me hungry
dammit adam, your food videos always make me hungry. lol XD
We just passed through Philly about 2 weeks ago and stopped at Geno's!!
Dude... how could you not say you were here!? I'm like literally right here. Dude!
lots of people are saying Tony Lukes, they're more for the roasted pork. Pats & Genos are definitely for tourists or the purists. I personally stay on Passyunk but instead of 9th st. I go to 27th st where you'll find Phillips, voted the best cheese steak in Philly for a few years now. hope you enjoyed your time in Philly. my wife and I moved away from there about a year ago and it was nice to see you running up the steps and chillin in S.Philly. much love to you Adam.
I was trying to figure out which Wawa you were at last night! It looked like the wawa that stands where the very first Wawa opened up, but then again, alot of Wawas look the same. I'm an hour away in Allentown, there's some sights and history here, but if you're feeling adventurous, the Poconos are about an hour away from here and has many relics from a past thriving resort town. It's still a resort town, but not what it once was, and now has all kinds of abandoned resorts and dark history to look into. I would recommend giving it a visit
Adam, you're making me hungry. YUM

Nothing like a good cheese steak
Hey Big Guy! Watch'a doing in Philly? That cheese steak looks good enough to eat! Great Rocky moment! "Don't ear a misteak!" I see what they did there! The celebrity wall would be more impressive with an Adam the Woo photo!
Pats and Genos are gr8! Also try Chubby's ...when your in Manyaunk area...also try Amish Pretzels! At the downtown marketplace.Reading Terminal..Adam welcome to Philadelphia...check out all the flea markets too!
Wish I still lived in South Philly, I miss all the food!
I need to try both
im planning on going to Grad school in Philly i'm a Palm Springs native. Id love to see more Philly vlogs! ive never visited there before
Dalessandro's got me sold Pat and Geno's don't stand a chance. At 10:28 he totally ignored the lady asking for spare change hahahahaha

excellent vid.
Yum I love cheesteaks. Never been to philly though. Great vlog, Adam 💙
Now I want a cheesesteak.😎Live in Philly, gonna get one!
From moment you panned over to the basketball court next to Geno's, all I could hear in my head was... 🎶In West Philadelphia, born and raised...🎶 Just sayin'.
Reminds me of the Goldberg's episode where Barry and murray try to find the best cheesesteak
I live in NYC but go to Philadelphia often. My favorite city. Very sad that I wasn't there when you were. Would have loved to have met you. Philadelphia rocks!!
My city Philly💪🏾... good stuff bro.😎🤘🏾
Hope you enjoyed your time in Philly!
I’ll be in philly tomorrow and Sunday! Hopefully we can see each other
Thanks to you I know what I'm having for dinner.... Philly's Best! 👍😉
Philly Cheesestakes are the best! 30 mins from my house haha. Cool vid!
Hi Adam! There are so many other places in Philly where you can get a great cheesesteak. Steve's Prince if Steaks on Roosevelt Blvd. near Woodhaven Rd., Wit or Witout Cheesesteaks on Bustleton and Red Lion, Stoli's Steaks on Bustleton and Byberry, etc. So many!! Man, your video made me want a cheesesteak!! And I like my cheesesteak with White American Cheese, fried onions, oregano, salt, pepper, ketchup, and mayo!! Now that's a cheesesteak!! :)
Looove philly..had family there and spent my childhood visiting!
Good morning adam!!!!
Hiya Woo...in my home State..wooohooo....any place in Philly has great Philly cheese steaks...so miss them
Oh The Bread!!!! I love Pat’s First, then a Geno’s to Go!!! The Bread there makes every place you go amazing!!!!! Tony Luc’s would be 3rd best place, but you can’t go wrong anywhere in town. CJ thnx MR Woo!
That quote from Rocky Balboa "It's about how hard you can GET HIT and keep moving forward" is probably my all-time favorite quote. I actually printed it and had it framed in my office. Oh, and did you see James Rolfe's "Rocky Jumped a Park Bench" video? It was pretty good. :D
