Noel Roeim Fisher (born March 13, 1984) is a Canadian actor. He is known for his portrayal of Mickey Milkovich on the Showtime series Shameless, as well as his portrayal of Cael Malloy on the FX series The Riches. He played Ellison "Cotton Top" Mounts in the Emmy Award-winning miniseries Hatfields & McCoys as well as Vladimir, a 1,500-year-old vampire in The Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn - Part 2, and Michelangelo in Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles and its sequel Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Out of the Shadows. He also has had roles in shows such as Criminal Minds: Suspect Behavior, Lie to Me, Bones, and Law & Order: Special Victims Unit.

The fact that Noel managed to play Mickey so well is mind blowing to me. Could you imagine him coming into an audition and saying “Hi, I’m Noel Fisher and I will be auditioning for Mickey.” ??? I’d be like, “This kid wants to play MICKEY??” But, he did it SO WELL OMG. They are complete opposites and that shows how good of an actor he is.

No not really in my opinion. Minus the violence and the gay thing actually very similar. The role worked so well for him is he could let out his personality and charisma into it.

This Man is literally killing me.. I shouldn't have watched shameless, I used to have a life before that, now he is the only one I think about. I am searching for all the roles he played and watching them over and over again.. I just watched his episode 6 in the long road home.. Now I'm obsessed with him. Am I going insane??? I am in absolute aw with Noel Fisher. He's talented and down to earth and hilarious and just adorable. He and Cameron Monaghan are truly two of my top favorite actors/celebrities because they're not just good at their job, but they're also pretty damn amazing people (from what I know). I remember when I first watched shameless and was introduced to Noel as Mickey. You can imagine my surprise when I watched an interview, complete opposites. What an absolutely talented actor, would’ve never guessed he’s like this in real life.
I have a huge crush on him. Too bad he is straight and married though he is a good actor to even play a gay role so well with so much realism in it that could think he is gay but he's not

He actually looks down to earth, and like a man in love. His wife is in many of the videos smiling.
He and Ian’s relationship was one of the most incredible. This show was so well written and performed. I will miss their acting.❤

You know, I find it funny that when people say he seems so different than Mickey on Shameless when this is probably the role you know him from & what actually turned you on to him...Noel seems great to work with & Mickey was violent, complex, edgy, foul mouthed, gay (often fighting himself about it) & full of baggage & I absolutely loved the character ...Noel did an excellent job of portraying him
everytime i see him on shamless i always think aw hes so short and then i always realize id probably be up to his nose :(
