Jess was the best person in the whole series. He had the best character arc and self-improvement while remaining fundamentally himself. And he truly loved and CARED for Rory and Luke through it all. Ugh! He deserved so much better in this series and especially the revival 😭💕

Beauty in a Breakdown No, they tried to give him his own spin-off show filmed in California but it got too expensive so the show got cancelled. And then they never wrote him back as a series regular on Gilmore Girls. :(

@@lizparylo7445 Yes, small towns often do have that many busy bodies. I liked the show, but they made the town look a litle too idyllic than it was and considering how judgey many of the people were.
