Kidd was a very humble pg. Dog on defense and one of the most timely passers. Loved his game.

J Kidd is my favorite PG of all time too. He was just amazing on both sides of the court. He could pass, shoot (he got better later on in his career), rebound, play defense and most importantly, he could lead any team and change the dynamics of a team. Amazing HoF career!

Kidd's greatest talents weren't dunking, passing or shooting. It was IQ and leadership. Great player from college to retirement and a great elder statesman for the sport.

Kidd was robbed of the 2001-02 MVP award. He took a dormant franchise in the New Jersey Nets and led them to two straight Finals appearances. His career will forever be defined by his work in New Jersey because he changed the fortunes of Nets within one day of training camp.
@HarpoSpoke

Same thing when he showed up for the Mavs. Day 1 they got better. Monumental mistake to trade him. If he'd spent his career playing with Dirk there is no telling how many rings they would have won.

Jason Kidd will forever be a legend in the NBA and he was my favorite player coming out of college and the impact he made in the league was amazing. And on a side note I have a you tube channel type in Russell Mills May 22, 2017 to find me.
undoubtably an icon.

In PGs? Or staring 5? I ask cause my starting five would be Hakeem, KG, LJ23, MJ, J Kidd. I have him as my all time best or favorite PG
Underrated king of his time with his unnoticed pass and shot, it's just amazing...
I remember reading an article about Kidd in Sports Illustrated, while he was in high school. It had a photo of him surrounded by letters, which were representative of the many offers he received to play college basketball. More often than not, kids (no pun intended) don't live up to the hype, but this kid surpassed all expectations. He was a great point guard, who elevated the play of his teammates.
5:20 "oh my god" - Yao Ming
Kidd , steve nash and john Stockton, best passing point guards ive seen
Wow I can only say wow. I’m in awe. What a player
Yao Ming’s reaction was literally “you got to be “Kidd”ing me!”
I don't think I've ever seen player with better spatial awareness. Ever. I loved him as a youngling watching him live, but could never articulate why. Now I can. Imagine him with A.I. & Jordan? Untouchable.
One of my favorites ever.
One of the NBA’s brilliant player ever✌️😎
He was a beast as a kid
Best ever🔥Love the way Brooklyn Nets are playing under the offense by Steve Nash that’s genius how they have Aldridge & Griffin implemented around the scoring too!
What an underrated baller
Impresionante jugador lo felicito
Some of my fondest memories with my parents were watching Kidd and Carter back in the Jersey days 🔥
Unpopular opinion: J Kidd was the best PG I’ve ever seen play
prime kidd would have feasted in the modern NBA with spacing + increased pace.
Definitely love this guy! Jason Kidd!! Wooohooo!!
J. kidd was a beast! Thank you for the sharing.
Happy Birthday Jason!! 🎂🎂
He is my favorite player at the year of 2002-2003
My favorite point guard of all time. He was mr triple double when I was a kid
jason was such a great player ...he really made his teammates better !
I was so happy when he won the championship with Dallas. Truly one of the greatest PG to ever play, with magical passing skills on top of being a great all around player.
5:20 . That face reaction.....priceless
Kidd on the fastbreak used to be magical 🧙♂️ 💫
Wow great video of one of the greatest ballers.
remember all the hype of him coming to college. I was like this guy doesn't really Score but he changes the Whole dynamic of the Game with how he plays. Not many can do That.

When you have Jason Kidd, it doesn't matter if he scores, because somebody on his team will.
He was never overly flashy. Just out there making play after play. Always respected this cat.
My favorite player of all time he played the game the way your supposed to
Go look at his numbers. Career average over 23 seasons with 4 different teams. 13 points 9 assists 6 rebounds 2 steals Insane.

He played the game the way the inventor had in mind. Selfless, no showboating made teammates better.

Jason Kidd a Raw Legend

The alley-pop over Yao Ming shows you Kidds tight relationship with his teammates.
He is the unspoken goat
My fav player all time what a treat to watch him play i got to cheer for him during 2 finals run he shouldve been an mvp how he turned the nets franchise around look at the players when they left him they were nothing he turned ordinary players in all stars jefferson martin etc
Phx suns & New Jersey Nets Jason Kidd was nasty
The 🐐
I remember as a shorty I used to be like he nice his shot so nice the net don’t move 👌🏾
Pass game galore
Much Gratitude. Ps J Kidd is the best Point Guard Ive ever seen play in person. Pps Magic Johnson is my favorite Point Guard of all time.
He was amazing! Highlights are sweet, but it was all the little things he did to impact winning. When I watched a game with Kidd, I always watched him first and the ball second. He could dominate the game and barely crack double-digits in points.
That pass when Yao was over him had to be top 5 passes of all time
Now he about to get another ring with the mavs. So beautiful
Imagine, give this man longevity.
I remember ESPN 02-03 seeing them Kidd to Martin highlights
I watch him in his prime days in nj and dallas.
