Scotrail lucky to have these 43`s they`ll go forever and they`re comfy

Glad GWR has sent them (ones in the old FGW livery) to Scotrail

So many people say the old Mk3 coaches are far comfier than the new Azuma's. I think they're absolutely mad sending so many to scrap.

Actually, we did. When they came north, we ran them with slam doors until the stock were converted to powered doors. Took about 2 years before all the slam doors disappeared. That's why in one shot you see the old FGW livery mixed with the re-branded power cars.

This was because First Great Western Got Rid of their HSTs So they gave their Coaches to Scotrail as you can see
