Same for Costa Rica, every "Drugstore" here is like a high end price in the States

I'm 46 and I have my hat off to Gen Z for telling the cosmetics industry that there was NOTHING wrong with using cheap drug store affordable makeup, effectively forcing companies to finally start competing with the high end industry, Gen Z can keep on bringing this sort of dynamic to the world 👍

I don’t think it’s because of gen z- it’s due to social media in general. Drug store brands have been making products to compete with luxury brands for the better part of a decade.

I'm w ya.. class of 94 too. I just love how fabulous drugstore products are now...i mean seriously.. wet n wild has went off the chain. And there are doo many brands w great ingredients. I'm grateful to the industry and to the scientists who put it all together in the lab

Love the clicker concealer! It’s very natural and easy to use, great for a beginner like me!

I haven't tried the putty bronzer or eyebrow gel. But I agree with you ELF is amazing! All the things you mentioned I have and I love!!!!

I stopped buying high end (or really expensive drugstore) makeup 3 years ago….. and I have been able to create an amazing makeup collection that I LOVE!! (I stopped working due to health issues.) What blows my mind is how many Elf products have become the best in their category!!

You put me onto that ELF brow gel years ago, and I haven't used anything else since. Literally, it's the only thing I put in my brows.

I recently bough the eye shadow sticks and they are perfect. They don’t budge and last all day. I have greasy eyelids so I apply primer in my eyes.

I wasn’t a fan of the putty bronzer little too dry for dry skin imo but I do LOVE the makeup revolution one for dry skin! I think it’s better than some high ends and it’s also half off several times a year making it $4.50!

Also try the age perfect balm foundation as contour or bronzer!!!

I use the Elf putty brush(has the hook at the end) for blending my cream bronzer and blush..its the best!

My favorite elf brush is the brush that is for blending cream products. It has a curve at the end. I own 4 of those.

I have 3 complexion duo brushes too. They are so soft. I love them.

i love the elf makeup removing balm, i’ve only used it a few times since i got it cuz i’m trying to wear less makeup but it works so well! effortlessly takes off makeup and maybe i’m just losing my mind but i feel like it’s doing something for my skin other than taking off makeup?? i used it the other night after hoco dance and i had some acne and it seemed less prominent the next morning. love it, soo worth the money!!

The O Face Satin lipstick is amazing

My favorite all time elf brush is their small stipple brush. It performs better than most expensive small stipple brushes, and you can use it to apply and blend almost anything except eye makeup👍🏾

Don't forget about their Camo Sponge. Way better than Beauty Blender under the eyes.

Their volumizing lip gloss is one of the few glosses I used till It was empty I loved it

They have really been bringing the dupes lately. Affordable luxury! 😍

I have their cleansing balm. I like it. It does do the job. I'd say just as well as PF's but like PF's it does burn the eyes. This one also makes them blurry. Just something to keep in mind. I wish PF or Elf would create a balm that doesn't have fragrance. I may be wrong but I think that's what's causing the burning and blurring... 🤷‍♀️

@@sumlem Ooh, thanks for the rec 👍 I'm currently finishing up one from Uoma that's an oil base makeup remover but I can't use that one on my eyes either. It burns and makes my eyes blurry as well. I found/bought 2 bottles of Clinques THDO at TJ Maxx. I use the oil for my face then THDO just for my eyes. Once I'm done with THDO I'll check out the Inky List balm. Again, thanks... 😉

Love elf plus here in the uk for certain job types like nhs, emergency services, teachers and charity workers (I got this even as a volunteer) they offer 25% off every purchase. It’s not regularly advertised but on their website and they do 20% for students too!!

Not if you have dry under eyes.

ELF skincare is great honestly! Their Pure Skin Cleanser is SO good to my acne prone skin. I noticed a difference after TWO uses and I never do with anything else really. And their Holy Hydration Face Cream, LOVE IT! I tried them both at the same time and neither broke me out. They both make a difference in the quality and texture of my skin. I ran out of the cleanser and noticed a difference, and then a week later I ran out of the moisturizer and same deal. They both help my skin so much. I was super hesitant to try them too as my skin breaks out SO EASILY! Like, I never change up face products because of it. I've been using the same Ponds anti-aging cream for maybe 7 years now, the same brow pencil for about the same time, and for the longest time I wasn't even using cleansers because they all broke me out. UNTIL THE PURE SKIN CLEANSER FROM ELF WALKED INTO MY LIFE. 💜 Crazy thing, my fiance got it for me as a Christmas gift, same with the moisturizer. I told him he probably wasted his money on it due to it breaking me out most likely but it didn't. SO HAPPY he got it, and he had no idea what he was doing or looking at when he did. He just knows I like the brand ELF and went with it 💜

Been a fan for 6yrs i like elf.

That cleansing balm is a dream. All I have to do is smear it on my face, rub a little, boom its gone. And it works on anything. I had a few lipsticks I didn't wear much because they were so hard to get off, but this gets them off in seconds.

I 100% am going back to the E.L.F. cleansing balm!!!

The clicky brightener & the putty bronzets are my 2 staples

I think I’m in the minority of people who HATE elfs concealers and the putty bronzers/blush. The concealers: both the matte and hydrating ones…no matter how little i used of them always look so cakey. The one you showed was very meh to me, light weight but didn’t look very natural and emphasized my texture. Putty blush: its sheer, especially the luminous one. Applied patchy and had to build up to get some pigment but couldn’t get over how patchy it looked. Bronzer: hated it. It barely showed up unless i digged my brush or sponge into it…also it wouldn’t blend? No matter what i used (brush, fingers, sponge) it would look like a big skid mark and it felt like i was playing tug of war with my skin.

The putty primer, concealer and lip exfoliator are also popular

I use the cleansing balm , my only complaint is that it fogs up my eyes after trying to wash of my water proof mascara!

I HAVE TO GET some of those double ended brushes.. ughhh.. mi keep forgetting to grab one❤

I honestly don’t like the putty bronzers at all, but that’s just me. They’re patchy, a weird texture, barely show up, and if you swatch it on ur hand it’s the weirdest dry wet texture, in a bad way. I got a shade I think would be good for me but it didn’t even show up

Is the Halo Glow powder like the Prep Set Glow by Milani??? They found out I like it so they discontinued it…family curse…

I love the balm but I hated the elf wow brow it didn't hold up well on me!

I use a lot of Elf products. The brushes are great and I wash them often and still look new.
