I´ve been loving this series so far!! And frankly i´m surprised your channel doesn´t get more love, as it should. Your camerawork is topnotch, your presentation is clean, and the quality of the videos is really out there! You deserve a lot more subscribers. On a personal note: I do hope you include a few departure clips from the classes 180 and 220 through 222. They have such amazing sounding engines when accelerating. It would be a shame to miss out on that. Keep up the amazing work and stay safe. 🍀

My son is special needs and he loves trains 🚆🚂🛤🚃🚄🚅🚇🚈🚉🚊🚝🚞🚋 especially diesel railcars like those he thinks that here in North America 🇺🇸🇨🇦 they are highly underrated rail transportation vehicles. He also thinks that Siemens, Progress Rail, or any other company that builds railroad equipment should build clones of these and the departments of transportation should restore and rebuild railroad lines that were abandoned and/or removed and run these on them and on lines that are not used anymore or at least don't get passenger service.

I didn't know that Greater Anglia and Northern had some 170s.

The former in particular. Examples of it were the short lived Crosslink service during the early 2000s between East Anglia and Basingstoke and the London Liverpool Street-Peterborough/Lowestoft services some years later.
