The Best of Chamonix Mont Blanc: Travelling France & Switzerland - Highlights

The best bits of my Chamonix-Mont-Blanc trip! This is a shortened 'highlights' version of my full-length Chamonix video (at 1 hour 17 minutes long). So whether or not you've seen the longer version, enjoy this short(ish) & sweet video of all the amazing things you can do in one of the most picturesque regions in the world!
From going up a snowy mountain, one of the highest points in the Alps, right beside Mont Blanc! To travelling on the Montenvers, eating at local restaurants, trying delicious wine, relaxing in a hot tub overlooking Mont Blanc & its surrounding mountains, visiting the famous Frankenstein's Monster statue, and so much more!
In October 2022, Cameron & I travelled to Chamonix for our 2 year anniversary! (October 30th)
We flew to Geneva, Switzerland, and drove our hire car to Chamonix, France.
This is a little different from the general hiking videos I create, but the adventurous spirit & exploration is all there! I hope this gives you ideas and inspiration to travel and explore places like this. :)
This is the place we stayed! www.airbnb.com/slink/b0l2dEBZ
* Altogether it cost £278.80 for 4 nights October 30th - November 3rd 2022. Note that the rates can change regarding times of year. And this cost isn't including the use of the hot tub, or linens for the bed. They were at an extra small cost.

Also, my brother and I hiked Hadrian’s Wall to raise money for Mind, we got 55 miles in before we were forced to cut it short due to food poisoning from an Inn we stayed in! We're better now, and will continue the walk this year so if you’d like to donate and support us I’ll add the link below! It’d mean so much, and for a good cause!

Hiya, we really enjoyed your video, so much that we want to try a short break there. I couldn't make your accommodation link work though - what's the name and address so I can find it on Airbnb please? Keep on travelling!. 😊

That’s awesome, you definitely should, Chamonix is magical! And yeah for some reason that link didn’t work, but I’ve found the place again and updated the link so it should work now: www.airbnb.com/slink/b0l2dEBZ If not, it’s Gaelle’s place, titled Duplex Terrace in Sheepfold Beautoful View, for some reason it’s not letting me view the address but hopefully the link should work 😁 Bear in mind you need decent mobility for the ladders (if you struggle with joint pain it may be difficult) and I had to clean the fridge myself upon arrival, other than that it was a great stay. And they do ask for a fee of €30 euros for clean linen which you then have to make the bed yourself with… was strange for us at first but this is normal in France 😂 it was a wonderful stay though, and if you want to use the hot tub it’s best to let the owner know the time & day to use it in about a day’s advance so they can get it ready & make sure it’s free to use ☺️ (the hot tub is an extra charge per hour, can’t remember how much but isn’t a lot, again this is all normal for France 😂)
