@@bexmaxwell traditionally BKB was more of a body shot game, hitting the head was a good way to lose the fight (injury) or ruin your career. Obviously head shots were used but mainly as a finisher or a shot of opportunity. This modern BKB isn’t the same as that, this is all about brutality and max damage

You can condition your knuckles to be less fragile and if you can be precise you can hit more safely but still, breaking your own hands on someone's forehead is pretty easy

UFC is for professional fighters. Bare knuckle is for warriors.
