Due to Piazzolla's work, I was compelled to visit Buenos Aires for the first time, back in 1995, where I conducted a Masterclass in classical guitar, working on the piece 'Four Porteño Seasons.' Subsequently, during other visits, I had the joy of exploring the Piazzolla Museum. Indeed, the true-born porteño appreciates Gardel and disdains Piazzolla, a peculiar Argentine sentiment. Piazzolla was not merely an Argentine citizen; he belonged to the world, and his music, a heritage of humanity.
Piazzolla was a genius, he combined many Argentinean styles in his compositions and much more, an encyclopedic knowledge and the alchemist creating something new never listened before

Without a doubt, man. All went very well, but something is missing, that accent of the tango, those stacatos of the genre, "el aire porteño"... Stephanie Jones seems to have the necessary Argentine impetus for that.
