BEST EVER No-Bake BANANA PUDDING Dessert!! Simply and easy to make!! Prepare the day before for ultimate flavor!! Recipe below...
BANANA PUDDING
1 (14 ounce) can sweetened condensed milk
1-1/2 cups whole milk
1 (3.4 ounce) box of Banana Cream INSTANT Pudding mix (can substitute with Vanilla INSTANT Pudding mix)
3 cups heavy whipping cream
1 teaspoons vanilla extract, optional
1 (12 ounce) box of Nilla or Vanilla Wafters
5-6 ripe bananas (slice 1/4"-1/2" thick) just before using to prevent oxidation
1. In a medium mixing bowl add sweetened condensed milk, whole milk, and Banana Cream INSTANT pudding mix. With an electric mixer beat on medium-speed for 2 minutes. Cover and chill for 2 hours, or over night.
2. In a large mixing bowl beat heavy whipping cream and vanilla extract, optional until stiff peaks. Cover and refrigerator until ready to use.
3. Gently fold whipped whipping cream in with Banana Cream INSTANT pudding mix until well blended.
4. Arrange in layers Nilla or vanilla wafers with bananas and 1/3 of Banana Pudding mixture. Repeat layers two more times.
5. Cover and refrigerate over night.
6. Serve with a garnish of Nilla/Vanilla Wafers and a slice of banana, if desired.
TIPS: Cover and store in refrigerator up to 2 days.
