How do these guys get away with making a mess on a new road surface, in the UK they would get a heavy fine from the court's and the job stopped until there mess was cleaned up,😊

@joginn you are not in the UK.It's clear that you know know nothing about highway and road construction Either they're adding a new lane or widening the shoulder of the highway. Most all countries build their highways different from from other countries.But they get the same results.I this is in Cambodia. A lot depends on the material they us because in Cambodia,there's a wet season that gets a lots of rain and there's a hot dry season that doesn't get any rainfall.
