In this video you will learn one of the basic movements on the rope and how you can apply it. This pattern will end up increasing your mobility and fluidity in your body which will end up aiding in any aches or pains that you might feel. It's a natural movement pattern that most of us are not taking advantage of. Tim walks us through a similar pattern where we don't even need a rope so that we can reap the benefits from this movement wherever we are. Try it out and let us know how you feel!

Real pleasure spending time with you Josh, nice to meet someone who fell in love with this practice like I did and gets what it can do for our movement 💫 Much love to everyone out there experimenting with the figure-8s ♾👍🏼

Look up David Weck/the Weck method. Tim is likely a student of his stuff.
This is wild....yesterday I was running a trail twice as far as I have run all year, over two hours, and towards the end my stride was getting short and tight. Instead of stopping to stretch my legs, I loosened my shoulders and started using this figure 8 pattern (not having ever heard of it before today). Voila my legs loosened felt 100% better and I finished with a big smile. I love how ideas coelesce for us in parallel....

Part 2 of rope patterns please! Love this so much!
Rotational movements are the best. I have used maces for years, but I never thought about getting a rope! Brilliant!
Loved this video! Thank you for sharing this unique movement pattern! Definitely needs a part 2!
Down for a part 2!! Love always discovering new movement patterns through you guys
The figure 8 pattern in the hips is the foundational weight shift for stability and power transfer we use in Aikido (and probably other martial arts). I do very similar movements with the Jo or short staff- Thanks for the rope version!
Hi Josh and Tim, This is a great presentation. Thank you! Definitely interested in viewing a part 2 of this.
YES ! More on this. I've been using a rope about a month & the comments on fluidity really clarified some patterns for me
Great share. Thank you brothers. I’ve been practicing with the Rope for the past 6 months or so now and have found huge benefits with it. Tim’s courses are excellent his ability to teach and help his student understand through use of metaphors and precise instruction are phenomenal. I highly recommend anyone who is thinking about it to take that thought and act on it. Happy Flowing.
Awesome complimentary modality to my current hula hoop practice... THANKS! Looking forward to Pt.2!💯🎉🎉
Yes definitely would like to see a part 2. Keep up the great work loving and have used many of the movement patterns you teach and they have benefited my day to day life immensely……
Looks great! I'll give it a try. Looking forward to part 2!
Got my rope from Tim this past Monday and have been putting in work with it every day. Got the overhand / underhand sneak down. Today just started learning the dragon roll. I never thought getting smacked in the head could put a smile on my face lol

Love this stuff! Part 2 please and thank you!
Strength Side 💪 I'm obsessed with mobility and feeling good. Another video introducing a specialist to help this community feel good. Every guest you feature has impacted my life as far as my brain connecting and activating muscle groups. When I get connected and muscles are activated, all the vocabulary like flexion make sense. I can go on and on, but thank you
I've got to thank both of you for my rope flow journey. Josh mentioned this in his monthly email over a month ago and I started checking out Tim. This has been an awesome journey these five weeks. The rope shows you the way of flow and can target the whole body.

Definitely would like to see you do more on this. The Way of the Rope is something I just recently discovered/learning myself, and I bought the ropes through Tims sights. They are well made and worth investing in if this is something you would like to do folks.

Fantastic please so a part two. Barry
Please please please make more on this!
Great content, part II would be cool. Will check out Tim's channel as well!
I've been flowing for about 2 months now. It's sounds silly, but I get emotional thinking about it. I'd rather be flowing, slowly and deliberately than sitting for a bit during lunch break at work. I wish I knew about this when I was younger, in the service. It has activated my spine which translates to more efficient rucking, I can cover more ground with a weighted pack comfortably (since I'm 76 pounds lighter).. my forearms are jacked, shoulders are much stronger and better defined and I don't do much weight training. Love the way of the rope.
Yeah def want more of that 💪🏼👍🏻
I love the crawling movement, a detailed tutorial would be appreciated, thank you.
Good stuff...more please!
Brilliant! Thanks! 🙌
Would love a part 2!
Simply…”LOVE THIS!!!” For me, this is feels like Essentrics and Qi Gong melded together. I’ve seen roping before, but not with the explanation and breakdown of a movement. Would love to see more…and going over to check out Tim’s page!
Ropeflow is fun, low impact and the footwork (intermediate) is great for mobility and agility
