What we need is ECE approved lights which can be homologated on our bikes as Fog lights. Driving lights can't be legally installed in a motorbike as you would have to disable the motorbike own light. The light you are developing it must be similar to the Piaa Quad Edge driving light

What happened with this?

I use 2 forward spots, plus 2 spots or semi spots at a slight angle out, plus 2 driving at 45 degrees to scare off Kangaroos and for cornering visibility. Some think that is excessive, but riding at night in cattle and roo country…no, it’s good.

I had in mind some other equally important gadget and that's a motorcycle digital speed meter like you have trail tech Vapor gauge. I'm sure you're all of this, but the wiring loom and ease of fitment (plug-n-play) will make the process of adding these that much more likely.

What colour temperature are you going for? Halogen-like is the best for visibility. All the light in the world won't help if it's not a good colour. I've had times when racing enduro at night that I've had to turn off my HID light because I cannot see anything in the dust and I cannot see the holes in the road and track - there's no contrast to identify hazards.

Will it also be compatible with the Denali Can Smart

Most important for me is being seen. For me that means a yellow filter. Will we be able to add a yellow filter to these lights. And, thank you for developing this ight.

Sounds great but without an approval for Europe, it will not be a "game changer". Hence my question, do they come with homiligation? I do not want to experience another disappointment, as with the MotoPegs!

Mike means the certification of the MotoPegs, the TÜV for example. It's in the works. But yes, these will have the certification for EU and all the main markets.
