I wish they kept it nerfed; the AR was the most stupidly overpowered and positively brain-dead weapon in that game. It also didn’t help that Red had far greater access to that weapon, thus causing an unfair match-up between the teams.

Also, why did they change their mind? They aren't above nerfing weapons--the paintball and laser tag shotguns say, "hello"--so why didn't they nerf this thing? Out of any weapon in Rec Room, this one deserves a patch the most. Granted, they could over-nerf it and we'll have another shotgun situation, but just an extra half-second of delay in between bursts would've been satisfactory.

Omg when chai says “why does my gun keep glitching when I’m around you?!?” Love Chai! Him and pud hands down some of the most wholesome and kind players out there

I wish they added a paint sword to the game for shites and giggles, it wouldn’t be good at *all* and maybe make it so it doesn’t take up spawn points, but it would still be fun

does anyone know how you got the laser ar skin? i have had it in my inventory forever and i joined in december of 2020. not sure if it was a weekly or not.

i am SO THANKFUL this was fixed; as a screen mode only player, i find it difficult to dodge and avoid incoming shots, so my combat is always just do more damage first (which is probably why im so much better at rec royale than paintball), and that became near impossible to me when they nerfed the AR, which was my best way of dealing damage. You don't know HOW MANY matches i lost (hint: it was all of them) because of the fucking AR being nerfed to the core.

To be honest, in paintball the nerf is pretty reasonable but in rec royale it was horrible. The paint AR in rec royale is an amazing weapon by itself and more of a jack of all trades because its able to spam in close range outdoing weaker shotguns and it’s a good long range weapon because of how far it fires

That’s VERY decent. The most I’ve gotten on Screen mode was 35 or 30. I can barely get 10 kills on VR.
