Ingredients:
warm milk 65 grams ( 1/4 + tbsp)
oil 45 grams ( 1/4 cup)
yolks 100 grams(5 large)
cake flour 55 grams ( 6 1/2 tbsp)
matcha powder 9 grams (1 tbsp)
eggwhites 5 large
sugar 60 grams (4 tbsp)
lemon juice 1 tsp or white vinegar
White chocolate macha ganache:
White chocolate compound 365 grams
whipping cream 180ml (3/4 cup)
macha powder 9 grams ( 1 tbsp)
warm milk 60 grams( 1/4 cup)
macha chocolate bar 50 grams ( optional)
Macha cream cheese icing:
warm milk 60 ml (1/4 cup)
macha powder 10 grams (2 tbsp)
cream cheese 250 grams ( 1 cup+ 2 tbsp)
condensed milk 100 grams (1/3 cup)
Baking time: 25-30 minutes at 160°c (depending on the oven) use a toothpick test.
