A step by step guide on How to make The BEST Mango Ice Candy Recipe
Ingredients:
note: This recipe can make 30 to 40 pcs, depending on the size
Ripe Mangoes - 5 pcs
Evaporated Milk - 2 cans of 360 ml
Condensed Milk - 390 grams
Tang Mango flavor - 19 grams
Cornstarch - 1/2 cup
Light Brown Sugar - 1/2 cup
Water - 500 ml

For those who are new to making Ice Candy, Cornstarch is used so that the Ice Candy will be much smoother. It will almost have the consistency of an Ice cream. Thank you
Please make sure to boil the Cornstarch for at least 5 minutes while dissolving it in the water together with the Sugar. Thank you

Need po sugar para may tamis n dagdag. Bwsan nyo n lng po kapag hndi nyo gusto ng mtamis

Kasama na po yung pag kulo habang hinahalo hanggang matunaw po yung Asukal at Cornstarch sa Tubig.
