I like this option over the enigma for cooler months where you know you’ll never take off your jacket. Have been carrying like this for years with a holster i made many years ago using specific spacers and attachments to achieve that same geometry. While I’m able to achieve the same geometry, i def believe those Tegris attachments and spacers are a better solution.

The canted wings are innovative. PHLster is mainly AIWB but it would be nice if they would support more guns OWB. Every holster company is Glock and Sig first, everyone else maybe eventually. I'd be interested to see how this holster fares for you under a more casual shirt. I've heard of people carrying OWB under an unbuttoned Hawaiian shirt or baseball jersey or under a fishing shirt or guayabera or flannel. You'd have to wear it slightly large and long, not the most fashionable thing to do. We have seasons where I live. I got a canted leather thumb-break holster from Falco for trying out OWB under a jacket. It's comfortable carried about 3:30-4 and tucks in well enough. If it was going to be concealed 100% I would have gone open-top or kydex but since I infrequently open carry on my property I wanted the retention.

Another great video, and the background is very down-to-earth. I found myself slightly distracted by the Miles Davis poster, but I’m not convinced that anyone else had that problem. I think you’ve got some great stuff here, brother! 😎👍

I should correct. It wasn’t the Miles Davis poster itself, but the glare from it. Again, I’m probably the only one in earth that noticed this. It’s not a big deal at all and I still enjoyed the video. Yeah I’m letting you know, but please don’t make any changes just yet. I think it’s just fine the way it is. Great stuff man, please keep it coming.

Hoodie, dickies coat, carhartt coat, heavy flannel, etc has worked pretty well for me when I want to OWB in Texas. My owb holsters consist of Tenicor ARX lux, bravo concealment options, legion defense solutions, all glocks and a no name owb (eBay) for my j frame, lol. Spot on, on all your points. Even with that fitted sport coat, printing was minimal enough to be about town without drawing attention. Definitely will be giving phlster a look for my next owb

I like this background more. That looks pretty concealed, and importantly nothing telegraphs gun. So one problem I've experienced before with OWB is that the pancake style belt loop wings don't wrap around the body well on lean built people. And what ends up happening is that the belt contorts weirdly around said loops, and the whole thing doesn't sit tight to the body. How flexible is the Tegris and is there an option for the user to bring them in at a sharper angle to hug a skinnier body more? Thanks!

It's the same flexible material that they use on the Enigma faceplate, so the only fixed plane is the kydex holster body itself. It will absolutely contour to your frame.

That's going to depend on your build and the fit of the shirt. I suspect it would have to be a pretty boxy cut.

@CarolinaNightHunter if you've got an ample midsection, OWB is going to be challenging to conceal since the extra girth will push the grip out, away from the body. It's really going to be contingent on how your clothing fits as much at how well the holster performs. The Summit has the BEST construction I've found when it comes to pulling the grip in tight, but it's very much dependent on the whole package.

Definitely prefer the real background.

Could care less about the background. The content is all I'm worried about. Nothing you've had yet in the background distracts from that. I like the holster. I switched to aiwb because of money. I needed one holster that I could wear with pretty much everything, didn't have alot of money to spend on multiple setups. Now that I do have done extra, I may give this a shot for under my suit coats!

I don't necessarily care about the background. Maybe mix it up, some videos it's CGI, some it's real location.
