Avdol would've been a better example, but both saved polnereff who was the person who had the requiem arrow and if he had died to vanilla ice he wouldn't have given giorno the requiem arrow, but dio would be alive so he'd probably be building an empire with the arrows because enyaba had every arrow except one which diavolo/doppio had, and she probably gave it to dio
