For anyone who shoot with iphone - 1) learn about ISO shutter speed and white balance and basic lighting 2) instead of using iphone camera app , use third party recording app with manual control ( I’m using ProMovie app and set iso shutter speed manual- my channel video are shoot with iPHONE 6S camera with above manual settings ) 3) use davinci resolve to colorgrade your iphone footages So now you have some kind of grate pro video than iphone camera app video !!!

Extremely helpful and comprehensive video. Thanks! I noticed the mirroed front camera setting dosnt result in a video that’s mirrored/backwards. It’s only mirrored prior to shooting or during shooting. I really liked your Macro Control setting tip too.

Dude omg turning off that HDR setting is such a lifesaver. I was about to run out and buy an actual camera because I thought that was just something iPhones did. Now my videos won’t be super overexposed anymore. You rock thank you so much

So true about cinematic mode. It’s hit or miss with the bokah. BUT, I didn’t know that the quality is limited to 1080p. So I have a few videos with cinematic mode and now I know why the quality doesn’t seem as good as I expected.

Thank you for the "lock camera" feature! That used to confuse me all the time when I'd zoom in on something and the lenses would automatically switch and lose focus/be hella grainy.
