its a type of horse sport but it does not hurt the horse unless if the people who are doing that on that horse is hurting the horse .

Yea its for training them in case of a fire in the stable so its easier to get the horse out since there calmer and see how much calmer the horse is the second time

Well it’s not abuse actually, because if there’s a fire, the horse would be scared but this is actually good training for the horse. It’s no harm don’t worry x
