The US has plenty to offer history buffs with many charming towns and diverse cities packed full of fascinating heritage, cultural institutions and old-world charm.

Pearl Harbor Memorial is stunning and humbling. Watching the film 🎥 documentary in the theater before you take the boat out the memorial is so heartbreaking but important. Such a beautiful place.

Roanoke Colony, should be on this list, I didn't know about till I went to outer Banks with my daughters last year.. Roanoke Colony was founded by governor Ralph Lane in 1585 on Roanoke Island in present-day Dare County, North Carolina. Is amazing place to visit and is Free ..

Europe's history is our history too. Also, 'An' is meant to come before a word that starts with a vowel.
Shouldn't These destinations all be native tribes since it's supposed to be historic?

I'm sure the Grand Canyon and Yellowstone are great, but calling them historical sites is a bit of a stretch.

Yellowstone National Park was the first ever National park created. Very historic for outdoor recreation.
I don’t want to be that guy... but there’s no such thing as “most historical” or “very historic”. Most iconic? Fine. Most important? Sure. Most historical? You might as well be very enormous or a little unique
