What is the white sheet you use to cover the patch with before pressing? Also, I have a top heated only press and I have an issue with my hats creasing when I press them. I think it's all the space between the back of the hat and the pallet. What would you suggest I do to fix this problem? Thanks!

That is a foam cover pad that comes with the 360IQ - you can also purchase them on our website here: www.stahls.com/foam-cover-pads As for the creasing, we recommend using different size platens that fit the hat you're decorating best.

Question. Would your heat press work for applying patches onto cowboy hats?

That's a great question. We have not tested it. We encourage you to test it yourself.

Are you just using the Thermo adhesive? I haven't had good luck with it sticking long term..

Our custom patches and emblems come with adhesive already applied.

Does this machine work on leather or pleather patches?

Hi Josh, thanks a lot for these videos . just saw them on KZread. The are helpful & you guys are amazing you know. How much is this digital heat press printing machine (A2Z)? Can it be use for Textile wax and Ankara printing. I mean like English/African supper wax printing. Please talk to me

I recently finished an order for 2200 patched hats. There's no way I could have gone through all of these steps. I did use heat tape though.
