The AM40 is an absolute unit. Especially with the extended heavy mag (despite people use the drum mag more, the larger ammo pool to work with and the quicker reload with higher damage and better damage range is a force to be reckoned with). Another gun I think a lot of people sleep on is the A91 as portal guns tend to be garbage in general. Not the A91 though. It’s beamy, high damage, classed as an AR so has an insane headshot multiplier, 800RPM, 30 round mag, quick reload, all attachments are readily available. And in general it just feels good to use.

Just started playing this game. It’s been a pretty fun experience so far. Great video man 👍

the PBX-45 is my top pick, kills in 4 shots. and I don't know if it's a bug or a feature but the close combat mag actually increases the range for some reason while also increasing firerate. been using the new AR as well though and it feels just like the Bulldog from BF4

My favorite secondary is the rex, it perfect to finish off an enemy and is just good in general, though it's got a slow reload

The new pocket shotgun is nasty at close range I use it once and this thing can pack a punch with no attachments and it was very handy in CQC when I run out of ammo for my primary I switch my weapon I just one tap that guy then I just switch back to my primary and reload. But I'm gonna switch back to the G57 for 2 reasons only one is I hate playing with shotguns because they are very powerful in close range and it is really a cheap kill. Maybe for assault since I play that least.

I rock the AM40 I often beat the AC9/PP29 in hipfire scenarios. AC9 occasionally gets the upperhand but the AM40s range is worth it

For me the most broken its the RPT31 full mod. Its like a laser gun with termal vision ❤

For me AM40 is primary, I also use SFAR but with silencer - still powerfull and can't be seen on map at long range. AC9 is good but i prefer SMGs with more bullets :) Of course everything depends on map you currently play

Good list. I've been trying to grind that AC9 but the high rate of fire and low mag makes it a weapon i use only if i know they're going to be bunched up together trying to mass rush a point or objective.

It's basically just the K30 but slightly better spread. There was really no point in adding another crazy high rof SMG as maps are too big, they should've gave it different mechanics/stats at least

The M5A3 is a beast, definitely perfect for the new players.

For me it's between the M16 and M4 the only thing that sucks about them is the reload speed both only have 30round mags that reloads like ah lmg

The pp2000 is strong to it has a 4 shot kill up to 50 meters, which is the same as the sfar. However, the lack of attachments holds it back.

Wasn't it intended 4 shots for upto 50 meters but it was bugged at 37 meters on release then they just decided to leave it at 37 meters? Or did they fix it to it's intended 50 meters

Yea they have the vault weapon suppressors coded like the heavy suppressors so they nerf your velocity and range alot and the flash suppressors are like the wrapped suppressors with no down sides thecadwomen made a video on that.

Just started playing and i really enjoy the ak actually and its seems great at long range.

Can u do the DMRs like the SVK and DM7 ? Ive heard a lot about running high powered rounds making them 2-3 shots at all range but at the same time im conflicted with the benefits of standard and cqb ammo since they give u less recoil and better Rof

SVK is great, 2-3 shots like you said, but is super grindy. First two available mags are only 6 rounds, so you get max 2-3 kills before reloading. Additionally, there's very limited ammo, options for extended mags are either (2) 16rd mags, or (4) 11rd mags, which makes it take forever to get to the point where you can unlock decent scopes/compensators. I run the M22 3.5x scope, LWG grip, Arcom Tactical Muzzle. Definitely carry the g57 as a backup though.

SVK is actually a good gun to use, the 2 shot comes in really handy

How much do you compensate for recoil when aiming because it is literally impossible for me to get anywhere even near the kind of accuracy and lack of kick I see in this video. There's always an initial kick that throws my aim off that I cannot compensate for. I just don't get why it acts so different.

SVK used to 2 shot at any range. Not anymore for a while now.

M16a3 vault weapon. I don't know what it is about that gun but I find it really easy to control and hit targets with. also has a solid fire rate

For the RM68 i would recommend the short barrel and CC ammo. CC= 4 shot 0-30 / 5 shot 30-100 / 6 shot past 100. it gives a small boost in fire rate. Standerd is as follows 4 0-40 5 40-150 6 past 150. heavy = 4 0-50 5 past 50

the smooth supressor i havent tested but likely makes it take an shot extra like it does with other guns. havent tested it since it is likely that no one will use it

Just got it on ps5 and im loving the ak 24

The best guns are M5A3, AK-24 and PP-29. There are my top 3!! You can’t go rung with them. For me it depends what kind of fight I’m in but if I had to choose one I think it’s the AK-24. Once you know how to use it, it’s a beast!

M5A3 used as a assault rifle and sniper rifle in one is the best

For new players, if you want to level up guns probably the least maddening way is through solo conquest or solo breakthrough. You don't get the full EXP of a pvp match but you can unlock guns and their attachments pretty quickly this way.

my 100m+ kills to unlock BSV-M are not counting. stopped at 10. Do you know what it could be?

Waiting for the bf1942 weapons to get added to all out warfare so people put the m2 Carbine on these lists

For me AM40 is above all 🤷‍♀️ it recoil is quite ez to master and you can outskill smgs and sniper at all range. With good mobility and ttk

The RM68 is ridiculously good, I wouldn't say I'm a great BF player and I'm easily dropping people with it, it's so accurate and powerful.

I've seen a lot of people hyping up the AC9, but SMGs IMO are just not in a good state. Anything an SMG can do I find the M5A3 or AM40 can do as well without the range limitations SMGs have. I find almost all ARs superior to SMGs in every way possible. SMGs feel okay when getting a flank on some unaware enemies, but they just feel bad in head to head fights and while I can do well with an SMG, they def make me more selective on who I pick fights with over most ARs that I am just confident in and don't feel nearly as hampered by.

I remember this being an issue in battlefield 4 all the smgs were useless because you could just use the AEK 900 rpm AR or the ACWR carbine 880 rpm they did everything the smgs could do without the range limitations so this problem unfortunately is not new.

@@nicholaschristian1784 it wasn't an issue until they nerfed the HS multiplier for SMGs. That and something when season 3 launched made them feel so bad. If they upped the HS multiple to 1.7 it'd still be a 3 shot kill, but make them feel much more competitive to ARs. I honestly hate DICEs logic of "we need SMGs to not feel like ARs" because when we are talking about a game where TTK matters if you nuke one subset of weapons and allow the other to remain good then it just becomes a game of no diversity. If SMGs had competitive TTKs with ARs in CQC and even medium range you'd see a lot more diversity in weapon usage.

The game is good in gameplay, but I feel that everything is chaotic. I mean that the servers are not arranged and the Breakthrough does not have a list. The only way to access the lists is through the POTRAL, and the method of choosing and arranging the servers is random, as well as the weapons seem chaotic and unclear, Also, weapon modifications seem strange to me, but everything you can get used to except servers because they are complex, untidy, and unclear, like BFV. As for the gameplay, it is good, and the recoil in weapons is good in general.

BSVM is stupid good. I don’t believe there is a “best” gun in the game but this is a gun that can literally do everything - short medium and long range. Still the meta even in season 4. M5A3 is def the gun newbs should start out with. G57 best pistol by far.

@@iross2inc it's way easier to control vertical recoil than horizontal. when you use LWG grip and you aim and spray at enemies, your muzzle only climbs up slightly (depending on how high the "handling" stat is in the gun you're using the attachment with) and it's way easier to control since you just drag the mouse very slowly down while aiming at enemies around the throat area (so that bullets will hit either head or chest with the accuracy stat variables).

This is a little misleading bc on pc those guns may have little recoil but not on console I can speak about it bc I’m probably the only one who hit mastery with the ac9 already and it was tough bc if you’re not up close you’re toast it sucks unless you’re very close the k30 still beats it plus the recoil is kinda wild on console

@Jordy1-1 you’re on pc no matter how you slice it there’s a difference but at the same time bc what’s the point in debating this since you use a controller how about you play console and put up a video if it looks the same then you’re legit if not well then you’re not bc every gun on console has major recoil sure you can adapt and get used to it but if you hold the trigger down on any gun it’s gonna go crazy I’m finishing off mastery for all the assault rifles now just did the new one and even that gun has it with all the recoil attachments on it you have to burst fire every weapon period

I'm new to BF2042 and for what I've seen so far the best gun seems to be a controller. Lower recoil and an insane aim assist... wow !! I was sure the game was full of ESP user from getting shot through smoke, but no... its just the aim assist

aim assist doesn't work through smoke on battlefield fyi. Controller on 2042, has probably the most balanced aim assist out of any fps game right now. Plus the best guns list stays the same with a mouse and keyboard

Turn your ADS Field of View all the way up to 105. Turn *ON* the ADS FoV option below it. The problem is your ADSing with the optic in your face, so it _appears_ to recoil more. With your FoV further out, it's not in your face, and you can more precisely shoot. It'll seem like you've massively reduced your recoil (and in fact, it does).

Please stop reloading with 50 plus bullets left

I just find them all easy to use. Weapons literally have no learning curve in this game, kinda kills it for me and is probably why I don't have a favourite weapon. I'm already bored of them all, I usually always find a little fav in most BF's that I never get tired off visually or performance wise. Even in Turdfield 4 I had a favourite or two. I had hopes for the new SMG but it's literally another K30
