FISH RECIPE:
This weeks video we travel offshore to do some deep seasalt water fishing down in the Florida Keys. Throughout the video we catch mutton snapper, dolphin/mahi-mahi, tuna and we fill you in on tips, techniques, lures, bait and much more. Follow along in this epic outdoors adventure to see some of the most amazing unbelievable fishing you’ve seen on a bay boat. This was easily a trip of a lifetime as we catch multi species of fish out in rough seas completely remote 30 miles offshore. At a point in time it was a matter of survival as we continue to run from storms but the stars aligned as we cross paths with a lot of hungry fish. We eventually end the day off with a catch clean and cook back at the house as we reminisce on such an amazing day.

Hey guys. I’ve been watching fishing videos for a while now, I accidentally came across yours and I am so glad I did. You put so much education into your content, and for a guy like me, who doesn’t get the opportunity to go fishing very much, it’s great to see and learn. Thank you so much, and God bless you two and your crew.

Nice vid, awesome mahi action!! just a tip, when you clean your fish at the dock, stick your knife through the eyes before you discard the carcass, then they won`t float and wash up the beach.

Just stumbled across the channel and enjoying the content! Just a couple tips when cleaning a fish (which you may have learned already since I’m finding this a year late) Once you cut the fish by the head, when you go cut the skin down the backbone and belly turn the knife blade out and cut the skin from the inside out. It’ll keep the knife blade sharper, longer, by not having to cut into and through the scales. Next, to me, cutting the rib cage out is easier when skin is off and laying skin side up. You can essentially fillet the rib meat from the outside of the ribs. Cut above spine pin bones, cut below them back towards the head until you hit the ribs then turn the knife to the side and fillet the outside rib meat off. Keep up the great videos!

I enjoy watching your videos and you are right about not enough positive in the world . I really want to move to Florida. I am really tired of living in Kansas because there is nothing to do and I love fishing in salt water. I was raised in Baltimore MD and my father had a 20 ft. boat that I used to fish on when I was a young teen. We used to vacation in Florida every Easter when I was young and once we went to Walt Disney World for 2 weeks. I have always loved Florida. Keep making the good videos and hopefully I will be able to move to Florida in about a year after I down size and get rid of of some stuff. Thanks again for great videos. Mike

Another great episode! I have a request- I’m amazed at how easily you pop that artery to bleed those tuna. I use kitchen shears to cut the gill arches and drop em head first into a 5gal bucket to bleed before pitching them into the ice slush. Can you do a slow closeup video of you popping that artery? And explain if you’re feeling towards the head or the tail. What’s it feel like when you find it? Thanks and keep up the great and entertaining work!

I was walking back to the boat to put it in the live well, but everyone told me it had to be rinsed off because it had too much sand on it. I knew this wasn’t a good idea and as soon as that fish touched the water he was gone. I was pissed lol.

First,in the afternoon when the sun is high, the tuna tend to hang back, away from the boat.So fishing a shotgun bait way back will usually draw a strike.Second ,black fin tuna this size are usually feeding on rain bait(or tiny little 1/2 to 1 inch baitfish).By using tiny little lures your basically matching the hatch. So that’s why far back small baits work, under the right conditions.I also do a lot of tuna fishing up north in Montauk and this same tactic works here.

Watching you run around with those Dolphin was great. You got some kind of energy. I like those KL rods. Loomis has gotten out of sight so I switched to St Croix and Star rods. I have to look into those KL Customs. Thnx

Dude, seriously? Asking a woman how many pounds she's lost? She'd slap you across each cheek with a black finned tuna if you weren't behind a computer monitor.

Great video, wondering what size bucktail you prefer like this? Meaning, what ounce size works for trolling and jigging like that? Thanks! Love the channel!!
