Another thing you can do is put cat box pallets on the floor so the droppings dry up . There's a fancier here in Belgium who put the flooring on 30 cm above the floor and he cleans twice a year and no dissaeses .

Awesome floors, i looked for something like that but it's a bit expensive but that's the best stuff, I agree. Currently I have shelf tops but I have to upgrade to something like that at some point. Your youngsters are looking good too.

Nice Job mate. ;-) GRP Flooring is great!! ( BUT EXPENSIVE ) that is what i have in my main stock loft.... "9 inches" above the real floor, with EasyBed scattered underneath, only need to clean the floor once a year and bone dry....

It is great best thing I done was get the flooring in the lofts so much cleaner for me and the birds. I have loft white under and just give the floor a scape once a week but might consider doing same as you makes sense 👍

someone mentioned loft granules I was going to try them as a bedding but dont no if it is cost effective. might raise floor a bit more and stick a good layer of easy bed underneath thanks mate

@@lathamlofts5092 no problem mate for easy work if you have head room 8-9 inch of the floor with 1" easybed lasts a full year or there about in my stock loft. keep up the good work mate.
