The first one made me so scared and worried 😨😨because seeing the 2018 7 year old Nidal Wonder doing the double backflip in his house made me worried that he will break his body and bones. But luckily he was so smart for putting a bunch of mattresses on the floor. Sadly he didn’t land the double back though he landed on his knees but thank god the mattresses were there to protect his fall.🙏🙏🙏

Progress in Baby Steps: -Practice rolling backwards -Gradually jump more into the roll -Do a move called "Pullover", get comfortable with this flip as it is straight over the head -Learn a macac(There are plenty of tutorials for this move) -After practicing this move you should try the actual backflip
