Everyone needs at-least one Bark river in their collection. Hate or love them, they are or were a benchmark in American fixed blades. Bravo is their flagship model so go for it Dallas.

I have that same adamas 375, I couldn't get a great Paracord wrap so I bought some custom scales and now it is my favorite knife by far

Talk more about the sheaths on fixed blades they're just as important. Fixed blade can live or die by how good it carries.

I have 15 or 16 Bark River Knives including a Bravo 1, so yea, Dallas should buy one. Highly recommended. BTW, I also have 7 different LT Wrights, lol. My 2 favorite knife makers.

Love these videos, and that's great collection. I appreciate the love for the Barkie. I have my Bark River Bravo One set out where if something happened like a house fire, or I had to run for some reason, it's the one knife I would take out of my entire collection. It is, in my opinion, the best have only one knife ever made.

Bark River is on my bucket list! Yes Dallas, you need that in your life ;) BTW…the idea of a sharpening video with different steels and blade shapes (including convex) with your in-house guys is brilliant! Looking forward to seeing it.

I have the bravo 1 lt 3v. LOVE IT. A little thinner stock then the bravo 1 so it's better for slicing tasks like food prep around the campfire but still batons like a champ. The sheath was nice when new but hasn't held up the best. Will be making a kydex taco style sheath for it in the near future. Best knife of the bunch for my needs IMHO

I absolutely love my Bradford Guardian 3. Little bit smaller but still very usable. I actually talked it up enough that just a few days ago, I got my boss to buy one for himself

Check out the pocket sheath that Dylan at Oak City Leather Supply makes for it. I just got one for my G3 (and one for my Giantmouse GMF1-F) and it's great.

Love fixed blades but only have 2 that could compare to anything on the table . Have been looking at the Roman from condor as my next buy . Was worried about riding up on the blade . But now will pull the trigger. Thanks guys from Australia love your work

@@BladeHQ , having users to take into the field is great and we have many of those but I feel like there are some knife styles that are just iconic and have great stories. For example, the new Boker Sherman Damascus made from WW2 tanks. I purchased that beast and have only taken it out of the box twice to hold. I stare at it everyday as it sits on my work desk as a display piece.

David has an awesome collection. I just received a Tops Desert Fox and I am really enjoying the knife. I still want a bark river to add to the vault.

Excellent! I am a collector and love to sharpen knives. I also have stones that are over forty years old, that I still use. Would love to see new techniques.

Bark River Mini Aurora in 3V with burgundy micarta is one of my grail knives right now.

My bark river fox river 2 is by far my favorite knife. I got the 3V steel and it just cuts better than all my other knives. The funny thing is I haven’t bought a new knife in 3 years because I love it that much

I have one of those Adamas fixed blades. I love it. However, I still need to wrap the handle. There are a few out of this list that I do like. I do like that Bark River Bravo... I just might get the Bravo 1.25.

These collection videos have become my favorite videos from BHQ, only second to maybe the meet your maker series.

Dallas should definitely get a Bark River Bravo. I have a Bravo 1.25 in A2 and carry it almost all the time. Between it and my L.T. Wright Illuminous 5 I always have a great knife on me.

I really appreciate your knife steel page as a reference for blade characteristics but I’m finding that the newer (ex. CREW WEAR) steels are not showing up with descriptions. Is this page going to continue to be updated or is this something that I should continue looking elsewhere for ratings/comparisons?
