Yes, all have contracts to protect themselves from non-paying brokers/shippers. Most contracts are yearly, some are monthly.
If I'm Dispatching a load for a carrier will the 1 year contract be for the dispatcher or the carrier

It will be for the carrier. All you have to do is submit the invoice to their factoring company, a lot of times carriers will want to do that themselves.

Do rts have a minimal invoice amount ?

@@mrgetittherehaulingllc You have to obtain an MVR for the last 3 years of your driver, and updated every year.
RTS is a worse factoring company, please stay away. I wish I had listened.
