I think the best thing you can do if you are unlucky with Thoran, is to use your arena coins on Granny. She is the 2nd best option to Thoran and more reliable to build as f2p since you can buy copies.

And you can also see which map they are running, i dont know all the numbering but "Arena I" is the basic one and "Arena IV" is the not symmetrical one that is bad for this team

I’ve been using this strat and it works great. Got back into Champ II. I usually only lose once from all my attempts. Thanks to whoever gave you this tip. It’s been a breeze climbing up. I just need to figure out a better defense team as well. Hope you get good tips about that!

Thanks for the always interesting videos man! My strongest team for offense and defense at the moment is Thoran, Cesia, Vala, Tamesia and Rowan. In defense, I put Tamesia in the furthest position.

i've using this strat since you shared it in that last video and it has helped win more arena attacks, only issue is that my server is fill to the brim with vala, almost everyone was at least a M vala but i can still snipe some of them with this strat

The Cecia + Hewynn + Viperian + Rowan has been great for me on the defence. I don't think it really works without Mythic+ hewynn though, you need that stun immune + faster ult.

Some tips for defense would be awesome, I managed to claw my way to within striking distance of top 20. Only to be punted back to the 60s. Edit: Wow this works really well guys, turning matches that weren't in your favor to fairly lopsided victories. Vala and Silvina work well with it too as a rare triple dps hyper aggro style team. Had Thoran as my tank.

A good way to moved around the problem of odie targeting the front is swap him with the back row using Reiner.i specifically target teams with ceciea and rowan and swap odie with rowan this way i not only denies the enemy ult but also destroy their dps

Yep that's exactly what I've been doing.

For the first time, I was able to beat someone with more power than me. WOW! You just made arena fun for me.

Basic defence teams are cecia rowan koko thoran/antandra and smokey or thoran hyewynn rowan vala cecia/florabelle. Some do run like Koko Smokey Cecia florabelle antandra/thoran or smokey rowan florabelle cecia and thoran

I think this caught on in my server, there are not that many people who run a single dps in defense.

I do the same thing but with Rhys. Rhys cant be swapped and when the enemy comes over he knocks the hero down. Pretty much seals the kill.

For defence, I usually run Shakir, cecia, Smokey, Odie, and thoran. If the move Smokey then Shakir gets the healing and attack buff, move cecia Shakir goes forward...problem is if they have enough tanks...

For arena i am using Cicia, Odie, Rowan, Viperion and smokey for me this team works really good for arena F2P player ✌️

So I just recently complained about how I can never get into Champion Rank, however I also just recently got my Lyca and Lucius to M+. 30 more hours and I should be Champion finally. Now I use Cecia(S+), Lyca(M+), Lucius(M+), Vala(M), Rowan(L), with the Attack Speed Artifact on Cecia and it's been working wonders for me. The idea is pretty much just Zerg Rush the other teams back line faster than they can get to mine. My Lyca is more or less just a sacrificial pawn for either opposing Vala, Reinier, Silvina while my Vala is just there to Energy Drain + Haste debuff their biggest threat. I'd assume this comp to be even better once all of them are S+. So far as long as I'm careful on the stage and enemy formation I can pretty much kill any team regardless who they have. Also although it's not perfect but I've had better results with defense on this as well an probably only lose to people with a similar strat as yours or mine.

another thing with reiner, igor is immune to being swapped. no matter what formation or artifact you have. I used that for a while in lower ranks lol, but it probably won’t work too well up higher if he’s not invested., mines only legendary lol I was on a good win streak before I got to champion, now I only won like three times lmaaoo. champion is hard. my current team was eironn, bryon, florabelle, smokey and odie.. all of them supreme except eironn (who I want m+ most smh) bryon has 3 stars, odie 2 and I think the others 1. I made the mistake of using the blue crystals on all my l+ units, so I have like 100 gold ones but no blue to upgrade the equipment :( gonna try this team out tomorrow though (used all my attempts today already lmao) cecia and thoran need one copy each for mythic.. I think I can get cecia from arena store but I’ve been unsure if I should haha.

What do you do for your defense formation?

What arena's stages should I priorities with this strategy ?

Why not just use Viperion with Reinier since he is CC immune without needing the artifact?

Not sure if it’s just me. But when I run a mauler variant of this, it also works for trials of abyss

i just started yesterday can i get some tips on what to do ?

I use cecia odie rowan koko and thoran with the att speed reduce relic they will generally be stopped within 30 seconds since all ults are going off and then having rowan keep spamming his ult to refresh other team members ults

My Igor is one copy and he got one shot all the time which is my only counter to vala and once Vala activates her passive it's very tough to counter her😢

Can you do it with vala instead of odie?

How do you get odie to mythic plus as ftp? I’m stuck on abyss lvl 96 without lvl’Ed odie!

I just spent all of my dream realm currency on Odie first to get him to Mythic+ , and then on other units. hope this helps.

I think the Cecia, Viperion, Thoran, Hewynn and Rowen team is good for defending.

So you avoid every map but the open one said you liked. Can we get a guide to all maps as sometime you don't have the option to avoid them.

My question is, why doesn't your Cecia swap with his? Yours just stays where it's at.

I must have the most unlucky pulls ever. 17 days in and only 1 Mythic, lvl 140 most and top 2 at 150. Nice tactic, will give it a try as struggling in Arena.

It has been 20 days for me till I got S character before pity timer (excluding 2 guaranteed ones at the beginning) :P I still don't have Reiner :D 150 reso + 2x 155. However after pulling 2xS on day 21 I have finally 2xS characters and 2xMythic so probably you just need to wait for your lucky day ;/ Eventually it will come. As for Arena - I'm Leg III and I'm not using any strats (cuz I don't have heroes for it lol). I just use my strongest heroes (now Lucius L+, Temesia L, Rowan S, Flora S, Cecia M) within keeping basic class bonus and it worked up to that point. Basically my whole strategy was to tank up long enough for summons to do the job. Very basic but it works to the certain point. Now it kinda stopped but hey it's good enough for me. Just find ANY strategy within range of your strongest heroes and it should work. Btw. don't forget that tactic to be really good requires M+ Odie.

I run 50% defenses on both my spending and ftp acc. Spend: thoran eiiron hewyn damien grannie Ftp: Antandra smokey koko rowan cecia Both teams are not consistent at all but like, its helping me climb while not even playing the game so🤷🏼‍♂️

This team falls off for my account because i don't have mythic+ thoran . I always use the viperion tech with reiner as he has control immunity and he is mythic+ and use rowan to win the ult race with cecia and reiner teleporting the tank (usually) I am challenger 3 with my viperion tech on day 2 server but i typically ignore vala comps because you really need a invested antandra in the back or thoran mythic+ to survive the vala targeting😅

that is like the downgraded version of the one i use lol, use rowan and make odie switched with reinier skill in the back line with the enemy's rowan with the coffining spell and not even vala can do somthing

I usually swap Shakir on their backlines and let Odie kill the swapped unit, an after that it is gg, Shakir wipes them, even if Thoran wipes the rest of my team with 1 ult. Antandra, Berial, Shakir, Odie and Reinier, pretty much works. All S+ with Odie 5 stars, Berial 3 and the others 2.

I personally dont care for Vala's at all in the arena. Its the Eiron teams that are kinda fucked up. I have a supreme+ Igor (My fav chr) wich I invested in with his EE +8, you put Igor at the back where Vala targets him and he litterly juggles around Vala keeping her busy while she tries to kill him, but she cant.. 😂

F2p players should be more focus on Offense, cuz no Defense is unbeatable anyway.

Frankly doesn't look like this team can punch above it's weight, I'd say its average. Assasin team is better.

The arena in this game is straight up just garbage

For F2P players, there's no PVP. You are basically dunmping your best heros. None of these are actually good PVP heros
