me too, just learned a lot from theese vodeos

when I scoop it goes slow and gives me enough time to put both of my feet on the ground and when I scoop harder the board flies away😕😕

This vid (as well as Aaron Kyro's) best helped me learn this trick. One of the keys is keeping your legs spread out, as shown at 2:30. I also like how Rob emphasizes keeping the shoulders level, over the board

Try more of the edge of the tail and use your toes to shuv it. I found that to help

Make sure you scoop the board almost straight back. If you put too much kick to either side it can go flying.

When I commit to landing both feet my front foot lands on the nose and when I only land with my front foot then it lands on the bolts what am I doing wrong?

Lmao man I know it's four years but try to do the scoop straight backwards. You can do it by keeping your back foot straight. Sarah Park-Mattot has a nice vid about this

Depends. You are either not spinning the board enough or you are not keeping your board beneath you. It is difficult to tell without seeing you try.
