    I think every district in pahang has the potential to develop each different signature specialties..the buildings on each district also have the potential to become like in Penang. Tourism of Pahang should do something about this.

    I’ve felt the same with you honestly. It was kind of sad for me to see a lot of monument / statue of local food, ingredient, and town name board with no tourists around. Tourism of Pahang could possibly work on it because Pahang is really good state :)

    All local durians in Malaysia fall from the trees naturally when the durian ripens by itself and should be eaten within the 3 days to ensure freshness.

    Many years ago I drove up the east coast of Malaysia and stopped in Kuantan(a major town of Pahang). We saw lots of durians and tried them. They were quite different from the well known species, but still very enjoyable and delicious. The seller told us that it’s a specialty durian from the district of Beserah north of Kuantan. Since now is the time to go durian hunting, if you have time to explore further into Pahang, Kuantan is just a bus ride from KL. You will discover a very different Malaysia along the east coast👍👍 Enjoyed all your videos and food adventures😄

These fruits are considered heaty as it can increase your body heat. Eat in moderation, drink lots of water. Take care

    kaz, a local tip on eating durian. after you are done eating, rinse your throat with normal drinking/ mineral water using the inner shell of the fruit (white) where u take the durian fruit itself. it helps with not getting your tummy to be gaseous/gassy. you'd notice the difference once you try it. good luck!

  • @jonmath4182

    @jonmath4182

    2 жыл бұрын

    What he means is, get some bottled mineral water or regular boiled water, room/drinking temperature of course, pour a bit, like quarter to half a cup, inside the durian shell from which you have taken the durian to eat, so make sure it's a clean shell not one that has been thrown into a garbage bin etc, then simply drink the water right from that shell. It's supposed to provide cooling effect to your body, because if you eat too many durians you'd feel heaty
