Just got this a week ago! Camera doesn’t seem to do this watch justice. The gold, bezel and dial shine in the light with immense beauty! I love my new watch and it’s -dressy -sporty -technical and casual!

@@PerthWAtch there’s a huge 3 story watch store in Las Vegas’s Caesars Palace Forum Shops called Tourneau! They were at one point the biggest watch store in the world until Hong Kong and Dubai built bigger shops

I bought that same watch (2004 vintage) last week and I absolutely LOVE it. It looks even better in person; specially when it gleams under direct light.

@@PerthWAtch Almost $14K with tax. But it feels like a million bucks on my wrist. I started looking at plain steel ones but then I saw your video and knew I had to have a two-tone. I feel these are starting to make a come back but I purchased it because I loved it; not because I feel it might appreciate in value.

This is only relevant review of this watch on KZread, especially for tritium model. You really help me to chose this model which I purchased couple of months ago. The watch is absolutely superb !!!

@@PerthWAtch From one older gentleman. The watch is almost in perfect condition, box and papers as well. I went to AD for first service since the watch is from 1998 and never serviced before.

I must admit, I prefer the 16613LN in comparison to the 116613BLK. However what years exactly was the 16613LN produced or much rather what was the latest year in which the 16613LN was produced for the last time?

Are the buckle supposed to be plain stainless with no yellow gold in the center?

Yep, they're "solid hollow" ;) Solid meaning to differentiate from just being gold plated.

This specific watch? I would advise to compare with the newer models before deciding. Something like this would likely be very expensive if in good condition.

@@coopergreen7961 buy it! I got one for around the same money in America, and it’s perfect. Just make sure you’re buying from a legitimate watch dealer in second hand goods versus some random Joe from Gumtree

@@PerthWAtch its made more specifically for diving with the clasp being able to be adjusted while on the wrist, and with the many redesigns for deeper depths that its able to be taken underwater at 1280ft while the Submariner can only go 1200 ft. Its much bigger and heavier than the submariner. Meant more for work, while the submariner is meant to be able to taken diving in the morning and then be worn to a restaurant for dinner as well.
