Marlene is 32-years-old from Germany and has lived in Australia and London. She's on a journey to find herself and has taken a break from her life in London to travel to Thailand. She has a one-way ticket and plans to move on to different countries, hoping to find new inspiration. She's been in Thailand for 120 days and is looking to experience Asian culture. She's been influenced by her travels to Australia and heard positive experiences from people traveling to Southeast Asia. She's confident in traveling solo after traveling to Sri Lanka by herself. She left her job and comfortable life in London due to feeling unfulfilled and facing an identity crisis during the COVID-19 pandemic.
