@ivieta9634 I also like @sugarologie because it doesn't get runny like most cream cheese frosting. This recipe is like 99% of the cream cheese frosting recipes, either too sweet or doesn't hold its shape. Adriana's recipe uses science to help you get a frosting that is both stable and not sickly sweet. I don't like American Buttercream and usually use meringue based buttercreams (Swiss or Italian usually) & Sugarologie's cream cheese frosting recipe is closer to those IMO. It doesn't use extra sugar to help or hold.
