How good of the owner to allow you in to film. I was looking for a Cornish Pastie recipe & came across this. Not a recipe as such but plenty of tips. Very interesting & thanks for posting.

Well that was better to look at them the salad I just ate for lunch 🤣. It was awesome that they let you go behind the scenes, I’d be happy to work there and be paid in pasty’s 😊👍🏻. Those things are huge! And I will def stop there in March .

It's not blue hair, they have blue hairnets covering over their hair, for hygiene.
Can I ask why you wore a mask and no one else did?
The lady making the pies didn’t wash her hand between the meat and butter. I guess if it’s all used right away, even though it’s cross contamination maybe it’s ok.

Most pastys in cornwall are shite and cornish pasty? Should be called the English pasty we first made them!😅😂
